That's called telemetry, this something. You...the end user will never be able to combat because that engine is built into the windows kernel. something...you'll never have editing access to

Do u knew how to fix run command history, it get's deleted after restarting pc, I tried using regedit, but event regedit value gets reseted after restarting the pc, help if u can, but the way, I am using Atlas os.
If you are referring to adding programs To automatically start a pawn, you're getting graphical user interface. Desktop in windows booting up, then there is a specific folder. You must locate and create shortcuts of those programs too two put in that folder. In windows 10 and 11 C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
But if you are referring to the start up menu that pops up when you press the windows logo button key on your keyboard or click that particular icon on your task bar that I am not sure about in windows eleven.
Best performance setting - there should be at least two items turned on although I can't remember which ones. I do remember one will noticeably affect monitor visuals. I can check if needed.

Best one is to give the priority from the task manager for that application or game
