I changed my solenoid and it’s still the throwing the same code, what could be the reason for that

Did you find out? I have the same issue so now I'm thinking that I must either have bad cam phazers or skipped timing. Either way, If I've got to get to that part of the engine, then I'll have to do timing chain, oil pump and all 4 new phazers. That'll be my last ditch effort to keep this car on the road, if that fails then it's the junk yard. 2012 Cadillac SRX with 3.6 V6.

@@nicolesantalucia2475 My issue ended up being the transmission. That code I got was not related to the issue, so that's why replacing the solenoid made no difference. I'm very mechanically inclined, but I didn't realize that a failing torque converter can cause jerky handling similar to an engine misfire. The car idles smooth, but when you're driving it's like there's a giant with a bad sense of humor pulling you along with a string, so he just randomly starts to tug-tug-tug instead of steady pressure, you even hold the accelerator steady and can see the rpm's going up and down.

Clean ur Cam Shaft control valve clean it with a spray at autozone or any auto parts store called value cleaner
