Follow peace with ALL men 🙏🏽 The one who is bitter is troubled and loses every essence of sweetness 🙏🏽 When you are hurt you want justice, vengeance and a pound of flesh and in many cases the offender is not even sorry they think it’s a privilege to hurt you 🙏🏽 Take heed of your own soul because not all men are reasonable and hurt people hurt people 🙏🏽 Bitterness is best killed at its root 🙏🏽 Heal and forgive - to heal you have to create distance and sometimes walk away 🙏🏽 1. Separate yourself from the cause 🙏🏽 There are times you need to love from afar and detach 🙏🏽 The fact that you are taking time does not make you a bad person make sure between you and God you heal 🙏🏽 There are times distance is a must but love is compulsory 🙏🏽 2. Shut the door to unnecessary knowledge (Gossip) 🙏🏽 Proverbs 26:20 🙏🏽 Any system supporting strife there is gossip🙏🏽 Guard your heart with all diligence 🙏🏽 It is important what enters your heart 🙏🏽 when you sell your neighbours cheap the buyer won’t trust you 🙏🏽 Check what happens to your heart when people tell you about other people 🙏🏽 Be careful of tail bearers 🙏🏽 3. Forgive 🙏🏽 Get away from the level where you can be emotionally reached 🙏🏽 refuse to give them the negative reaction they desire and outgrow them 🙏🏽 Father in the name of Jesus I forgive and let go 🙏🏽 I choose to begin a new life 🙏🏽🙌🏽

I have been fought many times by people when I say that, in many instances person needs to leave the environment where the pain was caused for their healing to actually start.
