Yes it is true TAPPA is the greatest football coach in JA history. Lazy, unfit midfielders who don't tackle and play both sides of the ball should not play on any team. The midfield player is the work horse of the team an must play both sides of the ball. TAPPA and Cargill were two of our best midfielders EVER who played both sides of the ball which led to some WC success. The Lazy creative only midfielder has no place in football at the highest level. TAPPA did the right thing.

Mr. Tracey. We all agree creative and attacking midfielders are what the Jamaican team need. In all other trades identifying the problem is 90% of solving the problem. The other 10% is choosing and implementing the best solution to the problem. It appears to me that with the inclusion of creative midfielders the Jamaicans would be a world class team. This means that they could still qualify if the correct decisions are made. So the Question is, Why is Tappa's supervisor in the JFF is refusing to give Tappa a mandate to find and play creative midfielders. Them man de fe own some of the blame too. What is your thoughts.

In as much as football is a game of exigency wherein one's feelings on the field of play often have to be quickly sidelined in order to aim towards goal, the JFF is obviously in dire need of managers who can execute adequate tough love on any individual who hinders the sort of urgency and team quality demanded by the World Cup stage.
Who recalls how the skillful Walter Boyd was left behind while team '98 progressed to the world stage?
The JFF's wimpish cry about money never cut it. Until JFF starts producing, certain investors won't even forward and team Jamaica won't go forward enough.
Firstly, JFF needs to rid itself of people who put the filling of their pockets before country and before people. Where are the patriotic, true-hearted Jamaicans? By the way, how many good coaches will accept Tappa's paycheck or even less?

  • @MultiContract
    @MultiContract 2 года назад

Mr. Tracy I completely understand and agree with your analysis, however I somehow believe based on my observations over the many years that the politics is too deep in the jff not necessarily PNP JLP politics but personally I don't think the jff really had much confidence in Mr Withmore and hence unlike the Captain Burrell there's not much passion by the current leadership a passion that will lead them to seek the right funding for the football programme.
Secondly the JFF has to break the alleged disrespectful spell from a certain coach if Jamaica must have a repeat of 1998 man that evening of 1998 was upstairs having my Sunday dinner and watching everything Walter Boyd Paul hall tapp Withmore Deon Burton and off course Warren Barrett spectacular football I believe it was that year my Comrade leader declared a holiday and for days it was just celebration I never see so much pretty woman as a child celebration all over.
Jamaica football can come back together but the leadership needs to take more responsibility and stop stressing the coach and the footballers management needs to learn this buzz phrase "it's our Job"
From a good AT&T Boss Trainer in the USA I worked with at a call center.

No team can go far without a belly (midfield) and keeping the ball (ball possession). JFF is a joke.
Toronto raptors fired their top NBA coach of the year and won the NBA that year using a coach that was younger and had less NBA experience. They continue to build a culture around youth development. So it is possible.
Money helps, but it doesn't win championships.
The federation youth development. The team culture, identity, players dedication, and coaching staff technical ability, and their ability to inspire and get players paying at their full potential is how you create a winning team.
If this was being implemented in 2016 we won't be on the outside looking in!

Everyone who knows anything about football knows that Tappa isn't good enough for the generational talent he has at his disposal anyway he's only a part of the problem because JFF is ultimately the Biggest problem because there decision making thus far has been very poor ....remember Tappa didn't hire himself it's just ashame that we don't have any real leadership in the JFF because if we did our football program wouldn't be like this

Maverick what you are saying sounds logical. However, if we keep Tappa as the coach definitely 💯 Percent Jamaica can say Bye Bye to Qutar..
Manchester United just fired One of their Legendary players Ole Gunar today, so what's preventing the JFF from dismissing Tappa?

Tappa talking nonsense about creative midfielders, he should know you coach those players to run and tackle for the ball.

Tappa gets too personal and head too tough. Tapps will continue to sink the team. However, he did a go job long ago

The good crosses are not there .the 1998 team was a better team than this current one. Our present goalkeeper is very good

Well done Tappa, you have lost no respect on this journey, the JFF always use the local coaches especially when their coffers are weak then spend big money on coaches who get us nowhere. To release you at this stage is a joke as the team just started jelling and fans coming back in the stadium. Walk good bro.

Bullcrap! Regardless of his record it was obvious the team was performing on talent and a series of very poor opponents! Tappa was just cheap replacement..he doesn't have the required coaching abilities to coach at that level. His resume would not have gotten him a job anywhere else. He got hired because the incompetent JFF was broke!..stop try pretty it up Oral Tracy!
