Jamie!!! I feel you about injuries while training for a running race. It takes a lot of courage too to stop before the injury can get a lot worse. Last year I injured my right knee while training for a 5K, and I still ran the race (yep, it was not a good idea). I had to stop running for a few months to allow for full recovery. And now I was able to do my half marathon, pain free. It’s not only running the race, it’s doing it pain free and healthy. So it’s okay to feel that way, but you took the best decision. Can’t wait to see more of your running journey ❤❤❤. Loved this video and your content!!

MY KNEES SOUND EXACTLY THE SAME. I used to run 3-4x a week and ran a half marathon in 2014 and my knees always sounded like that. I thought it was from improper/unsupportive footwear but I guess I have “loose knees” too. Does this ever go away?

Funny, I had major knee pain for yearsssss and then finally decided to go to physical therapy. The PT told me I had loose knees as well 😂 i finished PT December last year and I’ve no longer had knee pain. Insane!
