All the recipes so great since it’s so easy to make due to different techniques Jamie shows. So down to earth. Literally, his recipes are the only one I use. Just got addicted to it because it saves time, fast and easy, whether it’s now or decade ago, still Jamie is awesome and authentic.

240p? Really? I thought this was 2013. Should at least have an option up to 720p.
I just cooked it, it's really good, I'll be making it more often now.
I just want to note that at 0:39 he mentions onion but I don't see it being used later in the video. According to the same recipe on his website, 1 medium onion over medium heat (cooked for 7 minutes) is supposed to be added at 6:20 before the chilli and garlic go in. I've made this recipe a few times and it is indeed very delicious!

Hi Jamie, i'm enjoying your videos. It makes it easy to see how I can cook up a storm in the kitchen. If I could make one suggestion though. What I like to do is watch the video, see how you do it, then, if I could, print out a full recipe page (1 A4 page makes it easy to file and store.) And with one page I can take it to the shop for ingredients and put it in front of me while i'm in the kitchen just to refer to. Love your passion for good food mate.
