- On this job I use the Hyundai weed ripper to clear a neglected paved area, it was a quick and effective way to get this area tidy. We keep busy late into the season by adding on services like this.
Let me know what you think about the end result and if you can, give the video a like.
Cheers for checking in and don’t forget to subscribe to keep up to date with the channel.

Didn't no that machine even existed Nathan.
Great job mate 👍 👏
Cheers mate 👍 plenty of these types around. This is one of the cheapest but does ok at the moment 🤞😅
Every day's a school day Nathan 😀👍
Stunning boyo 👏👏🤠👍🍻
Cheers 👍😅
Looked amazing !!!
Cheers 👍 turned out ok
Cracking finish mate. I don’t know how we got by without these for so long.
They do a good job with less mess than the jet was for sure👍
Been looking at thease little bad boys brilliant add on to the fleet.
I know they're cheap compared to many others but has been great for the hours I've put on it. Cheers 👍
Great job Nathan that machine is ideal for that kind of messy block paving.
Looks very satisfying to do😄👍
Cheers mate 👍it's quite satisfying to be fair
that moss brush worked really well, Years ago I bought a power broom, if only I saw this video then
Cheers 👍 I've the Stihl power broom. Ok for dirt etc and fake grass but no good in miss removal. Have a good week🤞
Unbelievable result Nathan.
Hard graft and the right tools go a long way 👍
Cheers mate 👍 definitely having the right tools and this is easy to use to be fair
Great job Nathan looks brilliant 👍
Cheers 👍 thanks for watching
Cracking job mate👌🏼
Cheers mate 👍👍
Awesome job Nathan. Great to see how your extending the year. Sodden here in Bristol. All the best. Andy
Cheers 👍 right storm here this morning so on the hedges😅
Looks like it did a good job. And as you say a good bit of kit to extend the season a bit.
I have had a few Hyundai mowers in the past and they served me well.
Used the petrol strimmer and multi tool when I first started out and got my going to where I am today.
Good kit to start out on I'm sure, every day use may suffer but this has been great for occasional use. Did a good job 👍. Cheers for watching and the comment
Great job good bit of kit you got there
Cheers 👍it does ok
A brilliant job Nathan. Your machine earned its keep. All the best from Newcastle.
Cheers mate 👍 it was free so earned more than it's keep😅 Christmas beer fund is well stocked up👌
Free? You have a sponsor?
No mate, check out my previous video on it. They sent me it to review and didn't want it back... who'd want to sponsor me🤔🤣
I like that bit a kit Nathan keeps the mess down as well if u was powerwashing dirt be all over the place, ive been looking at softwashing looks like the way forward as far as exterior cleaninng goes, no resanding etc great job much was it ?
Yea mate, less mess and no resanding so ideal👍 how's the weather been over your way today?
Awesome little machine this 💪🏼
Cheers mate, it does ok👍
Hi Nathan Tidy Job 100% better a top dressing the lawn included Have a good week Thanks again
Thanks mate, it looked loads better....the paving wasn't bad either 🤣
nice job👍
Cheers and thanks for watching 👍
no worries keep the content coming@@LewisgardenservicesLtd 👍
Fantastic job 👍
Thanks you❤️
Nathan a great bit of kit I could deffo do with one of those machines for some of the mossy properties I have on my portfolio. Another fantastic video mate👌
Damien from Ireland
Cheers mate, small investment for an occasional use machine. Surprised how much it gets used, I'd deffo get another or similar. I've been on and off about getting something like this for a couple of years now. When you closing the season and heading abroad mate?👍
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd I am contimplating getting one aswell Nathan. I have no immediate plans yet. More than likely January fella. When are you easing down?
Looks 💯 better, was the machine expensive, would like one
Cheers 👍 they're around £450 now I think. Thanks for watching
treating the weeds first is definitely the way I would play it mate. I'm not a big power-washing fan, especially on patios with weak joints. With that machine, no need to re-sand
Definitely mate, Customer had treated this area before we offered the brush in to clear it up so hopefully they got it right. Power washing can make a right old mess for sure. You keeping ok?
@LewisgardenservicesLtd I'm good, thanks, mate. Good to see your channel doing well
@@dagtailgroundmaintenance glad to hear it mate, thanks 👍 miss seeing you doing your stuff. Guessed family life was keeping you busy
@LewisgardenservicesLtd that's right. I'll get back on the horse at some point
Hi Nathan, spray the pathways with 15% bleach diluted,50/50.
Leave it and watch it fizz, as it eats black/ white spot, lichen.
Then just hose it off.
Wet the grass round where your applying before.
That's the plan for this week to finish it off👍 may do an update on it. Cheers
Hi Nathan,
Would you recommend this machine for light moss on tarmac? And do the brushes last long roughly? I’d love to buy a westermann but just out of my budget. Love you page keep up the good work💪
It's good on tarmac as long as it's not breaking up and fairly level, mine has been great and the brushes are showing some wear now but I've used it a fair bit. Good luck with one if you go for it👍
Great,I think I will invest thanks a million 👍👍
Big difference mate, looked great, shame your not 200 miles closer 😅, would contract you on one of my properties 👍👍
Cheers mate👍 roadtrip if I had more time would be no problem 😅
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd I'm glad your still flat out, no rest for the wicked 😅
I'll never get a rest then🤣🤣
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd 🤣
top job nath👍a little diversety comes in handy personally i wouldn't wash it i think it fits with the style of property😊like the freckles 🤣🤣
Plenty of variety helps the days go by too👍 yea, I agree it didn't need much more there. On my list to softwash next week so may update on the finish. Cheers mate, have a good week
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd& you bud👍
A great transformation Nathan, that looks like a great bit of kit 👍
Cheers mate, yea it's doing ok so far👍
great jobs looks great , can you change the head ,and be used as a wheeled trimmer for long grass
Cheers 👍 good question...I'm guessing it's a very similar machine, not sure the rpm in the head would be high enough. Worth looking into tho, bet the shaft could be tapped and a head fitted. Sounds a bit rude that but you know what I mean🤣
To be fair thats a handy machine
It's been great on a few jobs and makes light work of moss etc. cheers for watching 👍
I bought one. I’ll pass judgment when I’ve used it more
🤞it does ok for you mate. Cheers 👍
Nice bit of kit. I've thought about getting one of them. But is it used enough to pay for its keep?
I've looked at similar for a few years but never taken the plunge but it's definitely handy for quickly sorting out areas like this and moss on tarmac drives etc, makes a big impact for very little work. As always tho, price and use along with storage etc are all factors to consider I guess. Cheers 👍
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd thanks buddy 👍
Good job mate👌 hows the brushes holding up?
Cheers mate, they haven't worn at all that I've noticed. Will look into some modifications to other brushes over the winter tho for then they do wear. Cheers for watching 👍
Great video Nathan. Do you think it’s worth investing in ?
Cheers 👍 this one has given me zero problems and I'd hope that would be the same for anyone buying after watching my stuff. I'm always cautious when recommending kit that I haven't used and abused long term. For £400 tho, couple of jobs and it's paid for.
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd Thanks, I’ll hold you to it, I mean I appreciate it. They do look pretty good if looked after
@smartfactorgardenmaintenan4831 😅 good luck with it
Great bit of kit that, how aggressive would it be on old tarmac ?
I've used it on some old stuff, if does lift the crumbling bits but you can give it a light touch by lifting the back of the machine. I'd just spray the real poor areas tho or quote to overlay the drive😅 cheers for watching
also not having to use a power washher to do it hel[s with not ending up with puddles makes a good job and a hard job easy
Definitely, the pressure washer would have added a load of clean up time etc. the results would have been better but double the work and cost. Cheers 👍
would you say that one easy to push or better with a drive sp?@@LewisgardenservicesLtd
How heavy are these machines, could one person get it in and out of a car easily?
Not 100% sure, I can lift into the van and up steps etc. I guess if the car was big enough you could. Could fold the handles etc for better access. Thanks for watching 👍
If only it was bright blue 🤦🏾♂️😭
No but seriously its seems like a decent bit of kit, i was look at the TerrazzaMC which comes with different brush options, but i dont think i can warrant spending £4k on one 🤷🏾♂️
They are good money for sure, would invest if using daily but just occasionally here. Did you have any luck on that Milwaukee draw this year mate? Cheers 👍
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd yeah same, its one of those machines that'll come out every now and then as an optional upsell but definitely not for everyday use
I haven't heard anything yet from Milwaukee 🙁, have you?
@Jordan.E nothing mate, hoping your luck would have passed onto me😅
She's a smoker😅
Like pressure washing it probably does a better job the worse it is.
It's only a wheeled strimmer with a brush head and a guard. I've got 1 of those useless things, maybe I can find a brush to fit on it🤔
It's does like a puff after sitting a while 😅 wheeled strimmers 😬had one once....used it once
