The Vinay, I actually recorded this one at home... Currently we are in self location in Australia. I hope you and your family are safe and well. I really appreciate your comments and thank you for watch. Take care. X
thank you so much DR
Thank you for the amazing video Doc. Is there any cases where immediate temporal crown cannot be placed right after implant? I am in Peru and my dentist did not offer me this option, they said I had to wait 6 months. I am not sure why if this option is possible.. what could be the possible cases for that? I am attending a very good dental clinic often visited by US people due to dental tourism so I really don't understand why this option would not available. Thank you for answering.
I have rudimentary upper incisors (the front two teeth) and an impacted tooth. Both the incisors are infected. The doctor suggested bone augmentation and then implants seeing my age. They say mine is a very complicated case.
Great job 👌
thanks for watching and commenting!
is an all on four (installed) the same day of extractions???
I'm a Australian currently trapped overseas my question being I've booked to have my implant on my tooth done in Turkey but now have to wait 3 to 6 months for this to heal in which case I will be back in Perth what's the cost for just finishing the job with the crown...many thanks Kate
How I wish you’re in my Country Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭 I would love to have my 4 front missing teeth implant. I’m tired of my dental bridge actually it’s my second sets because my gums recede and I’m having problem talking. I can’t pronounce words properly. I’ve been looking for a dentist who can do implants. :(
I broke both my front teeth. One almost up to the gun line and the other about half. I’ve been told root canal is likely. They have said they could do a crown. But I don’t feel great about that idea. I would like to have normal use of my teeth again. Right now they are filled to look normal for which I am thankful. They also said implants would be a option. Can you help me with this decision. I live in Staunton va
I just had a root canal done in a front tooth, I am afraid it will fail as it’s so painful although I don’t want to jump to conclusions as it’s only been a few hours of my procedure but like I said it’s so painful still. My question is, are single tooth implants covered by dental insurance?
Hi Dr Ilove you video thank you

How do you anticipate the soft tissue recession and quantify the graft after implant placement?
Rajesh - the biotype determines this. The only case I do not graft is a very thick biotype. Thin biotypes I always graft at placement and often during the temporary phase (3-6 months (AFTER implant placement)) and monitor these cases carefully. For gum recession, using a narrow implant, with a conical (or Morse taper) and platform shift with a palatal placement prevents buccal bone loss and long-term gum recession. As discussed, the distal papillae is generally an issue with anterior implants and this may be the reason for the 2nd graft after placement. I hope this answers your questions. Take care
@@advanceddentalartistryperth Thanks for this video, is there any hope for someone who lost one of the big front tooth and the smaller one next to it as far as implants go? its been years since the teeth were lost.
Can you have retainers if you have implants?
Yes for the natural teeth to not move, retainer are possible with implants. If you also grind, it's possible to have a night guard that acts was both protection and retention.
Can you help with bucked teeth?
Hi Osha. For sound bucked teeth, braces or orthodontics is the best option. If the teeth are damages, decayed, dark you have two options. Either braces and then cosmetics OR you could do cosmetics only however this depends on the position. Please remember that bucked teeth have several causes and it's not always just the upper teeth. It may be that the lower jaw is small or recessed and there is multiple causes and thus multiple solutions. Hope this helps.
Dies the implanted tooth have the same "usability"?
Yes
What's the lifespan of a dental implant.
In theory, a dental implant - the titanium screw in the jaw bone - should last the patients life if in ideal conditions. This includes ideal placement, bone and gum health, maintenance (professional cleaning and adjustments). The prosthetic crown or bridge attached to the dental implant has a life span depending on the material due to "wear and tear" (biting force, bacteria etc.) - for example, porcelain crowns will last 15+ years. Nope this helps
I have a same situation, I want ask about price.
Where are you located?
How much this case cost a money im the same situation
Hi Karim - you in Australia?
Where is your clinic located ?

I'm from Philippines 🇵🇭 I do have the same situation wherein my four front teeth lost when I was 15. I wear now is dentures I'm so sick of it. If ever I will visit your clinic where is your main location. ? And How much it cost for four dental implants? I'm so amazed and inspired by your contents and how you bring back all their beautiful smile. I'm hoping the same for me in future time 🥺

@@advanceddentalartistryperth what would be the cost for 4 implants???
hi! im missing my right lateral incisor on my upper teeth and my teeth are crooked too that's why im planning to have braces. do u have any idea how long it takes to get a lateral incisor implant? and how much does it usually costs? thank you so much
Braces will be 12-24 months. Then scan for bone. Bone graft 9-12 months if required. Implant placement and 3-6 months. Then final porcelain implant crown
Cost will be hard to give. what country are you in?
I'm from USA. thank you for replying by the way!
May I ask why does the bone graft takes really long?
@@mereline8876 A bone graft is artificial bone and the body will slowly convert this to really bone. Bone turnover is slow and 9-12 months is normal for most. Consider a fractured bone in the body and the time for this to be 100% repaired.
So i can just get my 2 front teeth for permanent implant? Cause I tired of wearing retainers and my teeth is perfect but if I had permanent retainers I would be straight so I can just 2 in my front and won’t have wear retainer? And I hear they last for life but need replacement for crown every 10-15 years why? And is it a short process when u need replace the crown since the surgery already be done?
IF the teeth are perfect please do not consider implants as a better long-term option for avoiding retainers. Nothing is as ideal as natural teeth. You can get a fixed wire retainer at the back of the front teeth or there may be better retainer options. Removing healthy teeth and placing implants is not a good option.
I wish my dentist would of fixed my gum
Is soft tissue grafting always req after incisor implant ....
Grafting will do the same dentist or have to consult .... Whom ???
Generally yes to bulk up the gum tissue if the tissue type is thin. The graft can be completed by a dentist (that does this procedure routinely and implant placement) or a periodontist (gum specialist). Does this help?
Thank u very helpful ....will ask my dentist ...
Last ques ... My lower incisor is broken little. .. no sensation nothing just for asthetic what will be the best option ???
Thank u in advance
@@siddharths4536 Bonding or porcelain veneer depending on the size and your bite. Hope this helps!
@@advanceddentalartistryperth ... Now I feel like I meet right Dentist for my 8 years problem. Got root canal and crown on #8 tooth pain is still there ... not only on tooth, in my neck , back head , and that side inside ear. Went to dentist they said everything looks fine, finally I see one endo dentist 2 weeks before they found minor crack inside the gum parts of tooth .. what do you recommend. Thankyou
@@mesaybimrew9750 So there is a crack on the root of the tooth? It's have to give recommendations for treatment without a full assessment with x-rays. If the root is fractured than the tooth cannot be saved and extraction with replacement is recommended. Root fractures cannot be repaired. I hope this help but pls message if you have any questions
Can I do implant with one dentist, after putting an implant fixture and waiting for several month to heal, then I go to another dentist for putting an abutment and crown ?
My question also...
Sir I want to send you my front tooth implant photo with crown ...so that you can tell me what all correction can be made ...... How can I send
email - juan@adaperth.com.au
i have dental implants in the upper jaw both incorrectly positioned and and resulted in very low bone coverage and aesthetic failure, my dentist is telling me i need to remove them and do bone and gum grafting. imy concern are how risky is the implants explantation ? and will i have a natura looking teeth at the end with natural gum? or i will end up with big teeth designed to cover the gum and bone regression ( similar to the one i have now)
Tima if the implant has been placed in the incorrect position - normally too close tot the front of the jaw - the bone and gum will recede. Unfortunately this cannot be correct easily after implant/bone healing. Given that implant treatment treatment is a long-term option it's important to consider removal, grafting and re-implantation. There are of course contraindications to this treatment that need to be considered and several options should be collected if you have any concerns. It's a complex procedure once you consider bone grafting and you need to understand all possible risks and benefits before proceeding. I hope this helps.
Thank you so much
@@advanceddentalartistryperthWhat risks can occur when an implant is removed from an upper front tooth?
What’s the price for this
Mine was around $3k .. more with CT scan. Total $3600.
Ken-Jeeper Woah. Where are you from?
@@lissalexandra7037 CT.. look at it this way .. its the CT scan $500 plus surgery/implant which is around $1500 and then the crown which typically cost around $1500.
the implant itself is not all that bad, its when the crown and scan is added makes it quite a bit.
What’s his name- sounds garbled- English, my good man!!
This is amazing. I have exactly the same situation. If we decide to come to your clinic, how much would it cost? Could you please give us the price for this whole procedure?
It depends on the situation - how long has the tooth been lost? Are you in Perth, Australia or would you like a referral to a practice your city?
@@advanceddentalartistryperth The tooth is not completely lost. I still have crown on it. I live in Auckland, NewZealand. I would love your referral if you have anyone in my city. I was also wondering how much would it cost if I was in Perth let’s say.
