    Gingivitis refers to the inflammation of soft tissues, surrounding the teeth. Inflammation in gingivitis is restricted to the gingiva unlike periodontitis where inflammation extends to other periodontal tissues like periodontal ligament, cementum and alveolar bone.

    Always brush the bottom of your gums but do it slowly so it doesn't damage your gums also begin from the end of your teeth

    Wonderful, as per my knowledge, cells recruited in stage 2 are B lymphocytes and stage 3 has T lymphocytes, correct me with some reference source if am wrong

      "Itis" means inflammation and swelling. You have gingivitis.

    My gums hurt when they eat.
    They bleed aggressively when I brush
    And I have mild and constant pain

      You need to brush slightly away from gums. Brushing should be light handed and in circular motion. If they hurt causing moderate to severe pain you need to take an dentist's appointment.

    Maybe you can get another member to your team .. a lecturer voice like the one in documentaries .. no offense .. my voice is also not a good voice-over.
