What a classic offense vs defense, and the final rally is the proof of that. High offense comes with higher risk, so self error becomes inevitable. High defense makes lower risk, so self patience becomes inevitable. This kind of matchup is the most tiring for both players. Respect for both players.

Can I say something that it is kinda interesting. I don't think momota is either attack or defensive. I think he's just really passive like he doesn't really want to do anything but that is due to his mental state. He hasn't really shown much attacking play or defensive play because he never puts himself in that situation
Watch lcw beating momota before this match in another open. It's almost same strategy. Momota is weak against that. But to force him for that plan is fabulous

He has the potential, but al lot of players have that. The question is: will he be able to produce good results on a regular base. Right now, I don't see that. This year he played one final, which he lost to Momota. Also there were a number of clear early defeats. If his play will not become more consistent, he will never be Number 1, but I think, that he is already able to win even a very big tournament.
