Great video bro. You are very informative and even included any fabrications needed to get the manifold to fit correctly. Awesome work love all the different specs and overall comparisons between the Intake Manifolds. So many IMPORTANT facts not just yours opinions is what makes your videos so great. Also reminding people to consider what their goals are for the application. Now I can choose the best option for my turbo set-up. Thanks !!! 👍👍
I havevsame manifild on my evo 7.. I cant find any info or help about how or where to install 4 single water meth injectors on it .. Any advice or ways to learn
Thank You for this video, I am building a b18c4 mk2 Golf... I am going to be running the Victorx with a skunk2 70mm Not sure what vacuums i'll need to work with the brake setup yet
on that b16 head youre going to need some longer intake manifold studs because those stock ones are to short for that manifold. i had to do that on my p72 head for my gsr
excellent video. now the question is... it justified upgrade the stock manifold to the skunk2 pro on a 400whp turbo setup? at what power level the stock manifold can be restrictive? . thanks for your answer Greg!
is it justifiable? I would say so (Especially in a D series, GSR, or LS Non VTEC head setup). The larger TB paired w/ the manifold will only help in overall flow in the system as it does work as a pump and you've removed a "bottle neck" in that system.
@@GOAUTOWORKSRUclips thanks for the answer , i have a b16a2 turbo setup . making 400whp. so my question is based in the b16a2 , the stock b16a2 manifold in that power levles (400whp) it will make a "bottle neck" you think? thanks again bro.
bolidovti yes, if you are making 400whp through the stock throttle body and manifold it will definitely make more with the upgrade (or 400whp at less boost...however you want to look at it)
bolidovti either would be an improvement over stock when paired w/ a throttle body. It just comes down to preference. We have all the options available if needing to order. 334 277 8030 or goautoworks@hotmail.com
I’m not using any washers on my fuel rail and I’m running into the same issue with my pro series intake manifold could I just get top hat extenders for it I’m using the golden eagle rail with stock injectors
Nice vid. I have the S2 Pro Series Intake Manifold and Alpha 66mm TB that I intend on installing soon, how is the process for calibrating the throttle body TPS? I'm unsure how to calibrate it correctly. Would you also happen to know if the throttle cable bracket from a stock oem B18B1 intake manifold will work with the S2 Pro Series IM? Thank you
When a popular company like skunk2 has clearance issues like this you can't help but think what else they missed. They should call up there china manufacture and have them make the corrections so we don't have to. I have yet to mount up my skunk2 pro series intake I bought. It will be interesting to see if I have the same clearance issues?
Great video... what type of connectors do these injectors use? I have a jdm obd1 b16a with oem intake manifold and fuel rail and looking to purchase 750cc rc injectors but im not sure which part number do I get as I'm seeing, SH4-750, SH4-750H And SH4750D. Can you plz help clarify?
Each injector body type will have a different "style" plug. We do carry injectors if you are in need. The part #s given are for RC injectors; which we also have. www.go-autoworks-store.com/rcfuin75sof4.html
Did you just use the factory throttle cable bracket? I bought my car with the SK2 Pro manifold already installed and they had zip ties holding the cable on. Wondering if it takes a special SK2 bracket, or if I can just buy a stock bracket and use it. Thanks!

Aaron Romero using the oem spacers won’t allow the injectors/rail/manifold tighten together all the way. You’d more than likely get a fuel leak from the top or a vac leak from the bottom

Thanks, the Victor X comes w/ removable NPT fittings on the back of the manifold. The larger one is to be used for the brake booster.

i'm JGott they could stand to be another 1/8 longer for “comfort”.

quick question how do you feel about blox throttle bodies about the same or better then the sunk2 ones?
ronnie cason I really haven’t used enough Blox throttle bodies to give you a solid comparison or review on them.
