This is a new one for me and I need to slow it down a bit for me to get a benefit of breathing and I think at some point we have all had nervous breathing problems and if you breath to fast you can get anxious, and that's not fun, so I like to slow it down a bit

BE CAREFUL ! - I was just doing this sat on the end of my bed. Half way through the second round I passed out and head-butted the floor, cutting my forehead and biting my tongue in the process. I’m ok, but could have been a lot worse.
Hey Sandy! Great video. Any advice on squeezing Mula Bandha on the retention as well as applying Uddiyana Bandha? Would this push it too far or is it best to be fully relaxed on the retention?
Great question. Feel free to apply both locks on the retention, but it will definitely make it harder to hold your breath for the extended period of time. You can try it for the last 10-15 seconds of the retention if that feels comfortable. That's why I like the big inhale before and after the retention, to apply a few locks. When you get more comfortable you can apply the Mula Bandha on each inhale during a breathwork session. Much Love Arthur
