    What does yello light indicate?

      The yellow wavelength has to get focused on the retina in a fully corrected eye.

    If the pt has sphere + cylinder...can we do duochrome test ...

      Yes. Duochrome should be done for all the patients to refine the spherical correction.

    Can we perform duoChrome test for spherocylinder?

      It should be performed for all cases irrespective of the type of error. Even if the patient has only cylinder, we need to perform duochrome to cross check whether they accept any spherical correction or not.
