Facts…stop following what people say and what they have look at what that do. If you bring me an investment and you are not investing I’m not doing the deal cuz you should want in on it to ❤ you have to pay for knowledge at some point…we can’t keep expecting free that is a limited mindset.

I understand the perspective of the young man. There are times when we are eager to learn and participate, but the cost of buying into a particular course or program may be too high for us. He is exploring a more economical approach to apply the same concept and knowledge. On the other hand, the young woman already possesses the knowledge to avoid potential pitfalls, which sets her apart. Instead of each person individually investing in the course, try to pool funds together so that one person can take the course and then share the knowledge with the rest of the friend group. This way, they can collectively start the process of obtaining real estate.
