That self insured tip is 🔥🔥. My Dad use to do that for his car. His thought was why give it to the insurance company when he could set it aside on his own. He did it for years & invested his set aside in short term CDs until he needed, if ever.

@@RealSocialProof The big one for me was insurance. The money I've spent on insurance at this point would have paid for a new roof and other repairs. By possibly creating an account where I could self fund insurance for my properties would create multiple options for future investments and repairs. It's a risk, but at this stage of my journey I'm willing to take it.

When calculating if someone is a millionaire I’ve always seen it as you count equity in real estate not just the total asset value . The same way you would count credit card debt or student against net worth when calculating in general .
It makes sense.
We have a new 65 million dollar state of the art health facility being built right now in my area. There is a ton of land all around it for sale. People are buying it up to build shopping centers and luxury homes. A ton of medical workers will be hired to be work in this top notch facility. I gave Terrica and David a DM about this and they never responded for the details. SMH. Wish I had the money. I would have bought up some parcels. Anyway, y’all keep making money🎉🎉 My time is near too. I’ll be buying instead of trying to pass the info on. Lol. It’s just sad because no one that looks like us is able to grab anything. One guy had invested over 25 million in land already in the area and building neighborhoods. He’s in a real good place right now.

I would think your a millionaire if you have a million dollars worth of equity IE assets - liabilities = net worth.
Question: I already own property in another state & purchased the house I live in (NY) on a napkin (owner was in distressed situation). Is the course for me if I am looking for ways to do more with the property I already have & considering ways to leverage it to buy more property? In other words I am not a beginner & want to ensure that I get what I need during the 5 day challenge.
