The sealer that he made isn’t wide enough to seal the entire length of his bag without doing it twice. However it only shows him doing it once and then magically showing us that the bag has been sealed all the way .
What if any are the limitations of the thickness of the wire or width. for instance what if I wanted to create a wide band of heat sealed section or even double wires or a copper strip maybe. Does anyone know the limits or are they limitless with the setup shown. I would like to create a wider band and be able to cut through a ziplock seal at the top of the bag so I can make "hopefully" several tall lean bags about 2-3 inches wide by the height of a standard ziplock bag...Am I on the right track here or no?

how much power is passed through the string. actually I have made this and using 12 volts battery when sealing the plastic cover the plastic is getting melted but sealing properly. So I tried using the battery which you used in the video, it did not working. will you please guide me please.

You can use according to your need. Means the size of bag ( width) you are packing will clear you the size of wooden

Well you see it works on principal that if we connect positive and negative of any power supply it will create heat . So if you require more quick heat use power supply of more amperes. For 1 mm bag 12V-3Amp is sufficient

not ptacticle wood may burnt after somewhile should use heatproof material such as backlite etc no timer how long to press ? underheat not shield over heat may burn out bag
