    0:55 - 1. Barbell press front and back 3-4sets,12-15 rep
    2:00 - 2. Hammer arm side elbow raises 3sets, 15rep
    03:00 - 3. one arm side lateral 3sets,12-15rep
    03:55- 4. Arnold press 2sets 1st - medium weight 10-12 Rep 2nd - failure set
    04:49 - 5. One arm cable rear lateral - 2sets
    05:48 - 6. reverse fly on high bench - 2sets,high Rep 12-15
    06:40 - Front barbell raise - 2sets,10-12rep

    1 of the best workout. I was not able to put on more weigh, still i had great pump that lasted for a day. Also great technique for One arm side lateral. Thanks for sharing the workout sir

    The only problem in the first exercise is that i use heavy wt while doing front ohp and low weight while doing back ohp

    Same workout 1997 main kiya karte te .good now a days we can't see this set in workout happy to see this old and gold sets best sets for workout .
