I'm really not a big fan of mustard but to keep a bit of a sharp kick to it I might spread it with some margerine butter mixed with a good lick of picallily sambal and maybe some curry powder on the mustard side and see how that turns out.

@@JsWorldKitchen Eating it as I speak. Definitely a big hit. Used some left over curry masala powder I had instead of the regular curry powder. Half a teaspoon of that and a teaspoon of picalilly (could be more or less based on your spice tollerance) to a teaspoon of butter.
