    Hi everyone!
    For those of you wanting longer workouts, this is for you! Get your long resistance band and let’s do this 45 minute resistance band TOTAL BODY workout together:)
    YOU NEED:
    1 x mat
    1-2 long resistance bands (it’s good to have two if possible so you can interchange between the bands ensuring you work correctly for each muscle group.
    You will literally work ALL muscles, it’s a total body routine!
    UPPER BODY
    ARMS
    POSTURE
    LEGS
    GLUTES
    CORE
    There are some moves that are full range, and others that are half range for more challenge and muscle activation. Just follow along the cues and technique tips throughout to ensure you are working and emphasising the right muscles.

    Love this band workout focusing on full body. I was on target the entire time with balance, coordination, and stamina. The weather cut our outdoor walk a little short at 1.5 mile walk. Love the band assistance with roll up. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    Great full body band workout. We went for a 1.6 mile outdoor walk,then I turned into 2 miles with yard work/pots. Great stretch using band at end to cool down. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    This is a great workout Vanessa. Thank you. I've been working through your exercise sessions, particularly the ones that are knee friendly after having a total knee replacement, but was missing cardio as I loved it so much before. This is a perfect balance for me at the moment.

      I have been doing your knee friendly Pilates session for quite a while now and use it as a add on to your short weights and Theraband sessions. I have finally started going back to group workshops but still enjoy these@@Vanessabhealthtv

    Another one I have never done until tonight. Loved it. Only off/unbalanced moment was when on floor, trying to raise head while scissor legs and arm out with band. But rest coordination, stamina and balance were on. Thanks Vanessa. ☺️❤️

      @@Vanessabhealthtv I thought the length was great Vanessa., I did not finish only because the abdominal section wasn,t a good fit for me .
      I did a few exercises from my personal video instead but I kept this video running and did the final neck stretch.
      Hope this makes sense .

      I could really feel my arms the next day , in that good way .

    Hey Vanessa🙏💌I loved this one this morning with new band and light shoes this time. A good length for me. Any other full body band vids you can suggest? One tip on counting: have an on screen visual timer which we can follow as you give us the teaching points. It will offer two things : 1)give you the chance to breathe evenly and speak without the need to count for us 2)consistent even and accurate counting for us🙌❤️love and blessings to you

      Hello so nice to hear from you🙋‍♀️ this video is newer and I've been filming the core challenge last 2 weeks, so best thing is revisit that Resistance Band Playlist and then select and full body routines there😀💪Thank you for the suggestion of the timer! I've always filmed the videos the way I teach in class and counting and talking but still never perfect when I go on tangents 🙄🤗 so yes for future will definitely get a timer I think in the video so I can hear it too!

    Did this today, there may be pain tomorrow 😟 I have done your 15 minute videos before but not for 6 months at least. They do work especially for "back fat!!"

    I get strain near my neck area while doing the exercises' is it normal or am I doing something wrong. please do let me know nevertheless I love doing these workouts. and also is it good for weight loss

      🙋‍♀️You may be lifting your shoulders a bit much, always remember to set them down and back.
