I LOVED a lady of darkness! It's so insane as the series progresses! (I wonder if it was one I recommended 🤔) And omg I can't get enough of a court of blood and bindings. I'm SO READY for the next book in the series!! 😍😍
The book of azrael was my favorite 2023 read. I could literally talk about that series all day. Can't wait for book 3 to be released in spring! Super excited to dive back into diannas world
The other series in the same world as Lady of Darkness, Rain of Shadows and Endings is my all time favorite after SJM books. It blew me away. I still think about it months later.
Great video and books! I read most of these, my problem with some of them is that I read them one after the other and I remember nothing of the stories and honestly I’m not interested in the sequels unfortunately. I do plan to finish lady of darkness but I have to go and reread the first two books! Also Umbra king, don’t remember much, a reread is a must. House of beating wings, I stopped in the middle of the 3rd book, no motivation to go ahead. Book of azrael, I’m very interested in but can’t stand the audio narrator 😭….I will add a book from your list, the animal talking one…and we love Ella Fileds ❤️❤️❤️
Have you not read the plated prisoner series? I know first four are on Audible in US last two are on the way it’s incredible series don’t know if it’s darker than most! Also bridge kingdom books are epic! Very excited for Jensons new series!!
A Dawn of Onyx is exactly what you said. Predictable but delightful. I loved it. It had tropes in there that I haven't seen for a LONG TIME. I was living 😂

I like to read older series that are complete. Easier to binge read.
