Tarja is a very impressive singer. Although I am sad about the split between her and Nightwish (and, frankly, the real story is none of my business) and I do hope that wounds will someday heal (because I care about them all, call me soppy if you like, and there's something special and unique about childhood friendships), I would never, ever criticise her ability as an artist or her ability to live the life she wants. She has earned every right to be happy, at this point, and it's clear in this video that she is.
She is astonishingly powerful. Looking at her more recent career, I wonder if the technicians bother to plug her microphone in. Would anyone actually notice if they didn't? Joking aside, it's good that she respects her fans - not only by choosing older material but through audience participation. Not all bands do.
They literally tried to sabotage her solo career by making her look bad with that open letter.

@DeathlightGr το βιντεο ειναι πολυ καλο :)..ειναι λογικο να μην εχει την τελεια ποιοτητα ηχου..αν και εχει σιγουρα πολυ καλυτερο ηχο απο καποια αλλα που κυκλοφορουν! ;) ;)
Μη με παρεξηγήσετε, τη λατρεύω την κοπέλα και το τραγούδι, αλλά ο ήχος της μουσικής ( της συγκεκριμένης συναυλίας) είναι χειρότερος κι απο την πρώτη πρόβα που έκανε ποτέ στην μουσική ο 7χρονος ανεψιός μου. Ειδικά τα ντραμς...

Саша Русская She does need Nightwish she needs herself and her confidence. She is a strong woman who will never give up. Her new album In The Raw is out check it out it is absolutely amazing. Her band Tarja has skyrocketed and by god they are just amazing

Kalevi Lampi She still singing Nightwish songs only for fans and it's great, because her fans still can listen Nightwish songs live with her voice.
She really doesn’t need Nightwish. Her band Tarja has skyrocketed. Her albums sell out in minutes and she has been very successful lately. Her Shadow Self and In the Raw are the most popular albums ever to date from her. Her other albums did absolutely amazing too not gonna lie. Her in the raw album is her new album and trust me everyone loves it, it did so successful.
I saw her live in 2018 and she didn't sing ANY Nightwish songs! I am still a bit sad that she did it like that as I never got to see her together with NW. I still love her solo stuff too, and her as a solo artist, unlike the NW without her.

@@kalevilampi5016 Why are you attacking me? Tarja is my biggest inspiration and she’s the one who took me out of deep and dark depression of my life to the point where I almost killed myself. Because of her inspiration and radiance I wouldn’t be here today. So thank you it’s not delusional thoughts it’s what actually is happening. You may not like Tarja and I personally don’t give a fuck but I love her and you can’t stop me from loving her...
