I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time.
They make updates every 2 weeks.
Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update.
Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up.
Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply.
The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one.
They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat.
And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone.
Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.

According to your video I buy the cue2. I put also an sd card. Well I want to recording 24 hour for 365 days. So I download the app and I check the scheduled recording and the store video. Also I schedule for all days and hours.I go to the two dots and after to all videos. I go to the sd card and I see only some old videos with the motion detection. I can’t see the all day recording. Could you please have any idea of that issue?!

hi Sir can dis camera capable to replay the recorded video to the SD Card even if you put 64GB SD Card?. because I have now a Blurams Smart Camera they claim that it support up to 128GB SD Card but if I put 64gb sd card it's hard to replay the recorded videos specially when the sd card already reached 50% above storage of the sd card.

Dear rachana, when u at home, simply switch off cctv power switch and turn on back. Mean reboot cctv, u also can install app config tool mobile, u can reboot from config tool app without turn of cctv switch.
