Tchaikovsky: Russian Dance. Carter Doolittle, saxophone. UNCSA 2022

Carter Doolittle, saxophone, is from Boiling Springs, South Carolina. He is a college sophomore, studying under Dr. Robert Young [hyperlink: www.uncsa.edu/... ]. His career highlights include the 3rd prize in the MTNA National Finals, The SCBDA Masters Recital Competition (1st prize), The NASA Quartet Competition (Finals), and The UNCSA [hyperlink: www.uncsa.edu] Concerto Competition (2nd prize).
Dr. Polina Khatsko, piano, served on the piano faculty of the University of Northern Iowa, the University of Michigan preparatory department and Leipzig Summer Piano Institute, before joining UNCSA. Her collaborative piano faculty appointments include the International Music Academy in Pilsen, Czech Republic, Cambridge International String Academy, England and the University of Michigan string department. Khatsko received her education from the Belarusian State Academy of Music and the University of Michigan, studying with Ariadna Guzhalovskaya, Vladimir Doulov, Elena Alekseeva and Arthur Greene.
