How do you know that is true? Val left because she and a new producer didn’t get along (Val said he REALLY didn’t like her) that’s from an interview with Val almost 40years after the show started
So much misinformation here. I have never read a Prisoner behind-the-scenes book or biography (yet) but just a few days of watching RUclips clips, interviews with Val either with fans or daytime shows, you can easily gather enough stories to know the true answer. Val left because creatively she felt there was nothing left to do with the character of Bea, she had an offer to do some theatre in 7 weeks and her contract asked for exactly 7 weeks notice to leave, so without much warning, and only 7 weeks to script and film, she would leave. The producers wanted her to come back and were hopeful she eventually would (that’s why they gave her such a low-key departure scene) yet Val insisted if she did return for another stint that her new contract would repeat it’s old clauses (she was the only actress clever enough to fight and win residual royalties for home media releases) but the greedy producers refused - so Bea refused to return. There was a producer who was an obstacle in the negotiations, and I’m sure this is the producer she’s referred to having it in for her. I am on ‘Team Val’ but it’s important to remember what goes on behind the scenes is pure business and the producers and writers weren’t oblivious to how important an ingredient Bea Smith was to the show… and yet with a limited budget and promises of returns to their backers, they didn’t want to give in to what they felt was an actor’s inappropriate demands.

Josn stareing at jude jude didnt blink eyelid
...DAMN THAT WHINING HAZEL...JUDY WOULD FEED INTO A CRIM's pain...& still live, doing time...
We don't want to upset Mrs. O'Regan so we'll eat all the food. Ha, ha! Cash bash Sonia!
I like how Judy is whinging about everybody doing or not doing this and that when she did it to herself
dam.thats kylie mole @ 16'00 lol
So excellent !! She goes, she goes, she goes....she just goes. She is now married to Paul Jennings--a famous and awesome children's book author from Warrnambool.
Katelyn lol.i wish we had a show like that these days :)
elser won we do its called Wentworth
15:25 oh my god it's Kylie Mole!!!
That's who it was🤔
At 39:32 did lizzie say making woopie? What does that mean?
love, I suppose
+Carlene Boulden Taking over the show , running riot
+Carlene Boulden I think it means making love. When I was a child, there used to be a program on called The Newlywed Game, the Emcee would ask questions about the couples making whoopie. It took me until I was a teenager to understand what it really meant.
+Carlene Boulden Having sex.
Carlene Boulden Carol Burns passed away on Dec 21st. RIP Carol/Franky.
Hunt out action 😂😂
I’ll never understand people that pour brandy into a cake mix 😂🤣
Helps the fruit plump out and stops it drying out. People who are teetotal can use apple juice
@@samisticlife people put it in for the alcohol content aswell. Except any alcohol is burnt out during cooking. Best to feed the cake after . For a few months before decorated.
@michelleevans4948 yes, that's what you usually do as well. What you'd normally do is soak the fruit overnight before baking the cake rather than adding it directly to the mix
@@samisticlife yes.
I’ve been making same Christmas cake since I was 7. My dad’s old recipe. I’m now 47. Used to make him just the fruit cake on a monthly basis. 😂. Would decorate the Christmas ones. It was his favourite.
So what happened to Lou Kelly recently? Just disappeared for a few episodes as mysteriously as she appeared in the first place? lol
MEGS FRONT HOUSE DOOR IS THE ONLY DOOR IN THE WHOLE DAMN SERIES THAT ACTUALLY CLOSES AND STAYS CLOSED.
To stop the hookers getting in 😉
Me, too. This is the darkest period on this show that I've seen so far. So many good people lost, Driscol House in trouble... (I like the new inmate from Barnherst, though.)
Lizzie's always ready for a good cry!! 😆
Sometimes Lizzie was so annoying. "All she wanted was to be with her mates". Sure. Hazel wanted to suffer through the pain just to be with friends that she couldn't see whenever she wanted to.
5:55 Yet another ott performance y the yeti.
Did lizzie say Elizabeth Dale at 17:28 ?
+Carlene Boulden to Pixie: You could even give Elizabeth Taylor some lessons. LOL
Ok im seeing some Bea in cass!! Team Cass! lol
Cass seems more like a character suited to the much earlier episodes rather than the 400s.
What episode does Ferguson get hers
that blue ribbons seen a lot of action, first doreen wearing it, then left it as a reminder for lizzie, then suzie driscoll n now pixies wearing it lol. pixie... always a bride never a bridesmaid lol. still i cant talk... i bin married five times ... one to go to catch up to her lmao xxx
What does old lizzie say at 12:13 ??
+Carlene Boulden It's different getting spliced here. Meaning getting married here. Because she's in for life.
