Hey there! It’s hard to tell without seeing the car. Do you have any codes on the car? If not, the first thing I would look into is the engine mounts on both sides. Good luck!
That’s a generic code as far as I understand. I’d recommend a BMW scanner so you know exactly what the code is. With that code alone, I’d have to say a vacuum leak. Usually when the car warms up that goes away as metal expands.
Great videos thanks. Thinking about getting a 335i one day, so it’s nice to see what the engine bay looks like. Hope it all comes together nicely👍🏼
Thanks! I'm hoping to have the car running in a few weeks if all goes well! I'm on my second 335i and they are great, fun dailies!
Good luck, you need to have a thick wallet!
@@seanwilks7712 I’m not wanting one anymore 😅 probably a good thing
Hey bro what kind of sockets are those ???
How do you torque the rear bolt? Also what gaskets do you need to replace when replacing the starter? Great video man thanks!
Possibly intake manifold gaskets
E12 spanner works there just takes abit of time loosening
Do you mean for the back bolt? And do you mean a solid spanner, or a hinged spanner? thanks :)
Won't a normal flat wrench work for the rear bolt?
Not enough space to get in there and have space to turn the bolt.
A ratcheting wrench will work.
A ratchet wrench is all I've ever used

@@SimpleCarGuy got one code : CDA904
the mounts are good on both sides.
@@SimpleCarGuy what are the amount on each cylinder that i have to find to know if my injectors are good ?

@@Samlevip777 I'm not sure which amount you are talking about. Injectors would usually have BMW codes of lean condition or something similar.
