  • There are so many different variations of intermittent fasting out there. The most common ones are 14/10, 16/8, 18/6, 20/4, and a full 24-hour day of fasting. I wanted to try intermittent fasting for 7 days so I decided that I would try all of them, starting with the 14/10 and ending with a full day 24 hour fast!

    Can you do a challenge that involves 2 workouts a day: 1 indoor / 1 outdoor (45 mins) each session.

      I plan to include more workouts in my videos as soon as my shoulder fully recovers :) Might be a couple more months before I'm able to though

    What's the best way to prep our body before a 22 or 24 hour fast so that it's sustainable?

      If you plan to do a 22 or 24 hour fast once a week, not much preparation is needed! If you have a sensitive stomach then would suggest to break your fast with some broth or soup based meal. Decide what time you plan to break your fast and count backwards from there.
