  • For over 20 years, I let my body tighten up and suffered from very tight muscles and limited range of movement. Over the past couple of years, I discovered the benefits of stretching but I wasn't happy with my results and the progression I was making. I wanted to take it one step further so I decided to try assisted stretching for 7 days straight to see how much my flexibility would improve. The results shocked me!

      You can see from the video that my flexibility is really bad. What I found helped the most for my flexibility is a combination of 30 mins deep tissue release then 30 mins of pilates. The stretching was helpful to prevent muscle tightness after workouts or the day before playing sports
