Wow -- I'm extremely impressed by the depth of thought process of this conference. Ray Dalio mythologically is so true and honest - its just great to have an independent mind that cares so much about advancements in human culture.
This Sir Jorge Paulo Lemann would be the best man to lead a presidential campaign in Brazil to run for president in this year's 2018 elections! In addition to winning, your group or candidate would win the election!
what i appreciate is that this thinking bridges the fatal gap between tech solutionism and the luddite. The algorithm is still, fundamentally, a human proposition. Thus, "the computer says" can be replaced properly by "here's what people think" but with that element made much more useful than the pure subjectivity of simply applying what I think.
