Ferrofluid has been used by KEF in their tweeters for decades… it’s used for cooling the voice-coil primarily, for better power handling. New England Audio Resource (NEAR) used Ferrofluid to replace the speaker suspension and they sounded awesome. They still do this for their outdoor speakers since ferrofluid is much more durable as a suspension system..check ‘em out if you get a chance.

At this point, Technics are industry leaders in wireless earbuds and anyone saying otherwise are just fine with buying consumer brands with bad quality all because of their consumer name recognition.
The sound quality from these Technics earbuds is truly astonishing; I'm incredibly impressed. They offer excellent value for the price, excelling in all areas and boasting several useful features. The sound quality is exceptional -I'm at a loss for words to describe how good it is. The noise cancellation is also quite good (an 8 out of 10 for me), especially considering sound quality is my top priority. Call quality and noise cancellation have improved significantly from the AZ80 model. They are even more comfortable, and the volume level is much better, overall, everything is improved. I'm very pleased with them, and l'm still in the process of breaking in the drivers.

trying to decide with these, the AVIOT TE-ZX1, or Noble Fokus Rex5's. Music clarity/quality is most important to me, but ANC and a decent mic and clarity for calls would be appreciated ☺
Love my AZ100’s! The Bowers and Wilkins Pi8 are just different; not really better or worse. If I had to pick tho, dang… I’d say AZ100. They are way better than AZ80’s; better bass, louder, while still maintaining excellent clarity and presence in the mid upper range. They are crazy good. And btw, I returned my AZ80’s after two days of trying them out… I don’t know what you guys saw in them… I was really disappointed.

I’m currently usingg them as I type this. I’ve got all the main buds culprits and these win hands down. Even the default settings sound amazing. They sparkle better than any high end set I have. Even the high bass settings don’t make the highs kind of disappear, for want of a better word. Got directly from the Panasonic website, and as a first purchase got 10% off too. Takes them down to AirPods Pro territory, and they’re good, but these are well above them, quality wise. If you’re in the market for a primo set of buds, you won’t do better I reckon.

Technics knows how to make hi-fi technique, I use for air buds az-80 and these are like the best earbuds, I use also speakers technics SB eh-750 and I definitely recommend this brand for hi-fi techque

I've had the EAH-A800's for a couple of years now which I think is still their premium offering for ANC wireless over ear headsets - they are still a great headset and I take them everywhere with me, but definitely time for a refresh considering how far the goalposts have moved in the last couple of years.

I returned my PI8s. I find myself always going to the AZ80s when I want to listen to music. I probably will get the AZ100s. Do you think getting the AZ60m2s would be worth getting if the price for them goes lower? They don't have the depth as my Status Between ANC but they have a great sense of rhythm that works very well with people like Louis Armstrong, female vocals, orchestral... And they have become my go to earbuds even over some of my wired IEMs. They sound better with Sony phones using aptx lossless than using LDAC. How to the Technics az100 conspire to the Sennheiser TW4 when using aptx loseless and uncompressed, lossless audio sources?

I don't believe they have that feature. Although if you dial up the passthrough to 100, the definitely amplify the sounds quite a bit.

There were some Jabra earbuds I test a while back that had a very high water resistance rating. I think they were called Jabra Active.

Jabra gen 2s are ip 68, showers are not a problem, Active gen 1 are a little bigger and have a lesser case and sound ✌️@@WhatGear

No, they're not IP58 rated, I don't know where the info came from but it's wrong.
