Am i right in thinking not all trimmers are capable of this? Took apart my Babyliss trimmer and it isn’t possible, the cutting blade is fixed to a plastic holder thing which then slots in a fixed position with a spring mechanism. After putting the screws back, it won’t even go back in properly so I need a complete new set :/ Does the trimmer have to be a certain calibre than the cheaper options to be able to do this? Thanks

@@babylissprobarber lol. I was just joking. Me along with all 3 of my sons are in barber school. I bought us all a set of pro boost, red, chameleon, black and gold. I love them. But that gold fx blade cuts like butter. I’ll be switching all my blades to the gold fx. Also, I used the mirror technique to zero gap all of them.
