    I'm glad I found your channel. I cant even knell down like you two were at the beginning of the video. I will definitely be doing a couple of these. If done properly are squats recommended ?

    the pain in my back is horrendous when I try the first exercise you described. owie!! what am I doing wrong? I didn't even try the second one. if I bent my back like that, I'd never be able to straighten up again. I have a hard time getting out of bed or up from a chair.
