"Aswang's Kiss" Cocktail Tutorial by Creepers Cove with Olmac Tiki Inside the Desert Oasis Room!

- On this episode we pre-game Tiki Oasis weekend with our friends from Creepers Cove and Olmac Tiki! Ian from Creepers Cove shows how to make his take on the classic Cobra's Fang cocktail with his own riff called "Aswang's Kiss" right here inside the Desert Oasis Room!
Aswang's Kiss
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
3/4 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur (or Passion Fruit Juice)
1 tsp Absinthe
2 oz Jamaican Rum
Shake with crushed ice and dirty dump into a rocks glass. Top with 4-5 dashes Angostura bitters and garnish with an orange peel

@@polynesianpop Couldn't wait for the weekend so had one tonight. Really lovely with the absinthe and the bitters being quite powerful but managing to be balanced by the strong, funky rum and the fruit and the flavours developing as it diluted more and more. It's one I'll be making again.
