You know that your voice is based on gas you inhale right? Inhaling oxygen gives you a deeper voice then helium. Because helium is lighter then oxygen. That is why helium goes UP, similarly to why oxygen bubbles rise up to the surface, it's lighter.
If we'd lose 10% of air, it would be 10% less thick. So our voices would be 10% higher in pitch as well.
So what would an average voice be universally?
Think of heat, think 25C or 77F is hot? I think it's "a little warm" while some people would find it hot maybe even cold, depending on what you're used to.
But what about the surface of the sun? About 5700 C or 10000 F?
Think that's hot? Think of stars that are 10 times as hot?
So the temperature can rise, but what is the universal definition of when it's hot or when its cold?
