Tropic Ocean's Cessna 208B Grand Caravan seen operating flight TI1142 from North Bimini Seaplane Base (NSB) to Miami Seaplane Base (MPB). The flight took place on October 14th, 2018. N388TA was built 2014 and is likely an EX model with the engine upgrade. Thanks to the professional Tropic Ocean crew for the interesting approach into Miami harbor which was quite enjoyable. - Авто/Мото
I live in downtown Miami I used to fly Chuck's Airline this is one of the best videos beautiful view those days are over
Was surprised when it popped up on dry land then plopped back down to take off. So cool and versatile.

How fast do these go?
Why is the control panel so high up?? Is it to prevent short, average, people from flying?
It's to deter midgets from flying... they like to hot dog. Hope this helps.

Can passengers hear the pilots? Van pilots talk with the passengers?
If there's an extra headset available then yes they can talk to the pilots, and hear what we hear. Generally though we tell most passengers to listen but not talk unless its an emergency. That way we can listen for air traffic control, or other aircraft calling us.
Depending on the aircraft, some have a speaker and hand held mic installed so you don't need a headset if you don't want it. All depends on engine noise, wind noise, and if you'll be able to hear whats happening in the airspace around you.
Hi! Was the plane loud?
Hi there, sorry for the late reply. No it was ok, we got headphones to wear during the flight which helped, but I could have stayed without :)
Good then
