Crystalline Bravo Geodes Make The Brain Go Brrrrrt

- The mineralogically interesting geode you ordered! I'm a big fan of this type. They may not always be the most flashy geodes but they tend to have truly unique structures. Instead of forming in tiny little quartz points along the wall you'll notice that the wall itself is bigger quartz crystal. You have the "poker chip" calcites. It's just a mineralogically fascinating geode. I hope your nieces find it interesting and fun as well! And enjoyed the experience! This Crystalline Bravo geode is hands down one of my favorites and for those of you who don't know (and SEO), this geode was at one time a vesicle. That is a bubble that formed in lava and other volcanic material as it was cooling that never quite made it to the surface. This left the perfect cavity for crystals to line over time from secondary hydrothermal activity. There are two main types of geodes. Volcanic, and sedimentary. The volcanity types tend to have much more wild structures and colors in them due to the other minerals present. Sedimentary geodes can likewise be pretty awesome though in their own way. You just have a different subset of mineral inclusions. Hope you have a good day!

So pretty! But, the way you tease us before showing what’s inside!? 😂😂😂

The dust swirls as you cracked it made me think of ice swirls that have been disturbed, and pair it with the pretty light blue 🤤🤤🤤🤤 you've got an ice lake like vibe ❤

I live in Southern California where would I find a geode?
Look up Hauser Geode Beds, Cinnamon Geode Beds, and Potato Patch Geode Beds. And do some research, go prepared or with a group.

Geodes produce power if kept unopened, you just have to understand crystal physics

I thought there would be a baby dinosaur in there. Quite a disappointment to see nothing but rock inside the rock.
He switched rocks off screen.

Wow. A rock.
Rock - An aggregate of one or more minerals, e.g., granite, shale, marble; or a body of undifferentiated mineral matter, e.g., obsidian, or of solid organic material, e.g., coal.
You're technically correct.
