Delicious! I love to eat chicken broth soup when I'm not feeling well or somebody is sick in my family. My favourite is the cock a leekie recipe on this channel its sooo good and it feels like a delicious healing soup too! :-)

@@theweelarder4020 Yup! Though I find that fish soup works better for me. I wonder which will work better for you?

Looks good! Trying to find new dishes to make for my 94 year old mother-in-law, who refuses to move in with us. So, I need things that don't require cooking for the nurse who visits in the evening.
Could you explain how long to cook it for a terrine?
Regardless, I am going to try it. My mother-in-law is half French and half Scot!
Will follow you, because I loved my trip to Scotland years ago! Bought a cookbook and make the recipes often. So, you can open my eyes more!
I am an American who moved to France over 27 years ago.

    Looks great 👌😋😋
However, I'm wondering about substituting maybe 1/4 of the butter for Boursin? I know that is Frenchifying a glorious Scottish dish but surely it would be epic 😜😂
