Question no 4 is little confusing because according to rules ; the last action from present time from 2 actions should be past simple and the latter one should be past perfect. So the sentence should be 'sheeta had called for a taxi an hour ealier, but it still didn't arrive.

Sir past perfect tense ka use seperately bhi ho sakta hai na like "train ja chuki thi ---- train had left"

(Maybe typo is there as they should used didn't instead of hadn't )
