    Everyone has social fear whether it’s talking to beautiful women or public speaking. Learn about the causes of social fear and how to overcome these sticking points.
    In this video you will learn,
    - How to internalize new beliefs.
    - The source of approach anxiety.
    - The biggest secret to removing fears.
    About Sasha:
    Sasha Daygame was introduced to the “self help” field by none other than Mystery of VH1’s The Pickup Artist, in the late 1990’s. Although exposed to the theories of social dynamics at a very young age, Sasha focused his time and energy building his skills as a stand up comedian for the next decade. Around 2006, after reading The Game, he decided to finally take his dating skills into his own hands got heavily into self improvement, and seduction. Sasha spent thousands of hours chatting up beautiful women in the UK, Europe and overseas. Eventually he developed his own unique system - a method which has been described as “insane fun” and revolves around completely eradicating pre-conceived social fears first, and then meeting beautiful girls soon after!
    Sasha discovered this direct mindset in 2009 and his results improved dramatically - and he has been singing the praises of a direct approach to meeting women ever since! Sasha is renowned for getting amazing results for his students, and regularly trains clients who travel from around the globe to attend his courses. Much of Sasha’s teaching centers around honesty and authenticity. In 2010, Sasha put together the world’s first “Direct Dating Summit” bringing together the world’s best Direct Dating coaches. This was hailed by attendees as a “completely life changing event.” Alan Roger Currie claimed is was “the best event I’ve ever seen in my life” (Direct quote.) Sasha is one of the top dating coaches in the world, and has a strong following in the European seduction community.

    I think what most guys still don't realize is that in order to get girls on a consistent level and in a healthy way, you mainly have to core change yourself, and not try to change the women's opinion about being with you. And you DO already change yourself by every single cold approach you because you're tackling approach anxiety, which is in my opinion actually the fear of changing yourself! I think the result of longterm pickup is basically transforming you into an alpha male. Just adding some thoughts here, GG!

    trying to overcome approach anxiety? I just walked around the mall and shopping area while listening to this guy. use his advice to start off slowly by just simply making eye contact while walking by people and saying hi to warm up. go into stores and talk to the women workers, they are much more social when they are working. bath and body Works was packed with women and they were all interested in me because I was the only male in the store and I was simply making for a fun conversation. had about 3 or 4 different women talk to me while I was there. work on engaging them emotionally with eye contact, smiling and inquiring into their advice/experience with the products, weather, etc. it felt amazing and once you break the seal for the day, you can keep it going at other stores and even just around the shopping areas.

    The way you eliminate approach or any anxiety is by getting into the state of indifference. That is, having an ABSENCE of concern. You're fine if you have it, you're fine if you don't. You love to see it coming, you love to see it go. You have no attachment to any outcome.
    Now for you to be able to be like that, you have to already be fulfilled within yourself.

    I seriously believe this just may be the one final video I needed that will change my life drastically.
    This is PRECISELY what I needed and exactly what I was looking for.
    THIS IS IT!
    My BIGGEST fear was "the audience," in other words, the people around watching, listening and judging.
    I fear messing up mostly on my commute to work or any place where I will be forced to ride or stay with the same audience that I screwed up in front of until I reach my stop.... then I have some time to get away from it - until the next day when I have to transport with those same people again! Yes, I have my car, but I cannot increase my chances of meeting people if I go back to using my car and isolating myself....

      1. The people don't care
      2. They won't remember unless you shit your pants and accidentally kill someone or something
      3. You approaching is ALWAYS POSITIVE IN THE EYES OF THE GIRL YOU APPROACH. If she seems to react badly, it is just her biology showing you "here is where you were WEAK" so that you can become strong. The first few hundred girls you approach (even the ones you FUCK) are your stepping stones and unknowning teachers on your way to greatness. You talk to them FOR YOU, not for them, they do not matter and as soon as you understand that, they will chase you, because now you matter to them.

    Anyway I agree on the point that making fun of yourself is the GREATEST thing in the world. I'm literally immune to anything bad people saying to me, it usually end in that I'm the much more cooler guy and I can even turn many things around in the other persons direction. The thing is that you don't have to take yourself seriously in any way. This opens up everything ! You can practise that for example by taking a day in the week where you answer anything with a joke or something that you find funny in that situation. Everyone should really try this. It gets you so far, it's awesome.

    I was like this in 2014 during my junior year of high school. Had everything he's talking about down pat. Some years after though I started having the fear he talks about in this video and I don't know why it came back. I've been trying to get back to the way I was, but I can't for some reason. I honestly think it's because I was young and didn't really have much to think about but school really and that was it. I think as I got older I began to get in my head more and think about where my life is going now that I'm out of high school. I keep making excuses for myself like me going back to having fear is me growing and maturing, but honestly 2014 was the best year of me being myself and not giving a fuck what anybody thought. Seeing this video is gonna help me get back to that.

    • @ppumpkin3282
      @ppumpkin3282 3 года назад +1

      Here's what works for me. Follow the "three second rule". That means within three seconds of seeing someone you are interested in, go up and speak to them. Say anything: ask for directions, say you like her hat, comment about the weather, ask where she got her shoes, tan, dress, where's a good place to eat. Be genuine, don't come up with some clever tricky line - because you may flub it, and it may seem not genuine. They key is to do it within three seconds, because it will be spontaneous, natural, and you won't be worrying about what she may think. Just do it. Once you establish a line communication - you can take it in what ever direction you want. I'm not a big fan of "you so beautiful" compliment because it sounds phony, sounds like a pickup line, and builds up her ego. A genuine compliment about "how great that dress looks on you, where did you get it". is good if it is a unique dress.

Then I take it to low-level face-2-face interactions with harmless people (old, mom-woman, kids), eventually, I get to a socially confident state to talk to anyone! Hot girls included.

    i agree with the movie moment thing. i was doing blind parkour in a park and met a girl this way. i chatted with her a moment and shook her and complimented on how delicate her hands felt. when i came back to chat with her after i was done with my line, i opened my eyes i chatted with her some more and asked for her number. we hung out a few times but i was never really attracted to her. but her narrative of me must've been interesting enough she told her roomates she had a "cutemeet". she later invited me over to her place for some "hot apple cider". I did NO work because i wasn't interested in her, which made her chase me pretty hard.
    the next girl i met and dated for a few months i met outside of my work walking around. she had a headache so i offered to walk her to my car and give her a blue pill. matrix jokes aside, she was 9 years older than i and we had mind blowing sex. i HIGHLY recommend learning this skillset - total emotional trip. i'm still newbie, but looking forward to my next encounters.

    I wonder if social anxiety or shyness, any anxiety, is something genetic, we are born with of if it is learned, practice, developed, it does bother me a lot on how it's only men who have to get it handled and overcome it

    • @cop2998
      @cop2998 5 лет назад

      It may be genetic but it can be overcome I have seen it in people who overcome it. The only thing that really works is confronting social situations one but at a time. Take the more simple ones and build it up.
      And some women do have social anxiety to the point where it cripples them

    • @cyclonemt
      @cyclonemt 4 года назад

      It doesn’t matter. It could definitely be genetic, but the more confident you become in your purpose in life and the more you work towards that, then the less social anxiety you’ll have. Exercise is also very important. Sometimes if you’re just unhealthy, drinking too much alcohol or drugs, or using too much pornography- then these things have actual phsyiological effects on heart rate and nervousness, sort of like how marijuana brings out paranoia in people. So being healthy is huge. Working on life goals. Learning about self improvement and implementing it. All these things will remove 90% of anxiety over time.

    I think approach anxiety is a matter of maturity, not number of approaches. I have done 20,000 approaches in the last fourteen years. In the first nine years, anxiety was with me with every approach. However, when I turned 35, all of the sudden, I was no longer nervous about approaching women.
    What am I saying? Never give up. Never stop. 98% of aspiring pua's are no longer in the game three years later. Be the 2% who have made a life out of it. Never stop. I'm curious if this is destroying your ego or just having self-control of your ego? It seems to me like it's the latter. If so, what makes impulsive decision making better than caution and vigilance? For instance, it may be better to practice being respectful towards others rather than acting completely careless. Respect takes a certain level of conscientiousness and restraint.

    Its easier than he makes it out to be. Merely decide in advance you do not intend to ask a girl out. Then go talk to her as a practice. You cant lose a game you dont play. Then when you have removed all this self inflicted pressure about can you score, or whatever, you can go have fun chatting. It can hilarious to say whatever you want with no consequences. Eventually dates will happen anyway.

      Yea, this guy didn't address the specific problem you're talking about. If you don't have anything to say, quiet your mind and just say whatever the f*ck, but believe in your self, like you're chilling with an old buddy. This video is about deciding to pull the trigger and approach, which sort of attacks the general problem from another direction.
