Doing the Northrend Cup really gave me an appreciation for how big Northrend is and I can't wait til they revamp it so there isn't that stupid ceiling difference between zones lol. Can't coast straight from the highest point down without hitting a few walls
This new Nerubian capital is like the scrapped ideas for Azjol'Nerub from Wrath, mixed with the Dread Wastes story from MoP, with some Suramar and Nazjatar elements mixed in. Not a bad choice, IMO.

I feel like grand opulent cityscapes are nothing new to the fantasy world. Suramar didn’t invent them. It’s just that we were so used to seeing Nel in ruins. Even the blood elves had most of their main city, scarred
hopefully they keep these guys in the same vein as the Klaxxi, their true allegiance first and foremost is to old gods, the kind where they don't like you so much as they just tolerate you because you're a useful tool to them and telling you to F*ck Off is counterproductive to their goals. but when push comes to shove and an old god emerges in some form they turn on you in an instant. Im at that point in WoW where you constantly get showered with "Oh thank you, oh you're so great, oh great hero of Azeroth" is the norm, and something pointing out that you're just a stabby weak fleshbag to them is refreshing. the Centaur are just up themselves Bastards because that's what their species is. I didn't like them before and I don't like the ones in DF either because they all sound really flat and like they went down on a cheese grater. I have a soft spot for the Klaxxi and your top reward with them is just their blatant brutal honesty that your help earned you no special favors, other than the warning that when the Old gods return they will ally with them. and in SoO the first Klaxxi paragon you wake up is the last one you put down. and he was the only one that actually liked you too. I actually felt kind of bad for that one.
I kind of feel like these videos take away from the hype a little bit because they just show you what is there already probably best not to watch anything

I was just making a comment about the videos in general that showcase new stuff in a game. We haven’t gotten to play yet. @@brettcloud8550 like I said to the other guy just clicked on the notification of a new video didn’t realize what it was until it started playing, and then I turned it off I don’t care about spoilers it’s just that when you see some it takes away from the wonder and surprise.
I've always wanted to main a Paladin, and this is such a great xpac for it. But their movement ability has always been such a giant turn off. It looks dumb and makes zero sense. Wish they could just run faster for a bit
@@phonicrose8395 Ya, obviously. But it's still dumb and looks dumb. I can just pull a horse out my ass, but only for a few seconds at a time. It's just dumb and pretty sure paladins don't have horse summoning magic. If blizz wants to let paladins fight on a mount, cool. But otherwise it's dumb.
@@pilotmorgan8669 They can fight on the mount during that time it's quick summoned. And technically the Paladin charges are bound to them through the light and they are summoned with light magic. But I get your point.

I wish I could get excited for this expansion but the theme is just not it. I hated Zaralek Cavern and doing a surumar in a spider Zaralek is going to be painfully uninteresting. Deep dark caves are for Diablo, I’m not into it.
