I overthink my every move. I do my best to move forward with kindness, but refuse to believe that I deserve that same kindness because of the things I have said and done. And most people take advantage of that and I see it, but I don’t want to give up on them because I wouldn’t want anyone to give up on me. I refuse to forgive myself. This video is literally one of the most helpful I've ever seen. It mentioned everything I've been struggling with and trying to improve these couple months and it couldn't be more the right time to be uploaded. I struggle so much with feeling unimportant and insecure and i need constant validation . I also can't accept the fact that somedays i cant be happy but i feel like it's essential to become authentic and be myself. Seeing this video made me realize I'm in the right path and I'm not alone❤ not going to spoil it but you guys should take notes!

I think before there is self acceptance, there is self acknowledgment. just acknowledge what's going on within you, acknowledge your reactivityt... befriending yourself in that way... so you feel less needy for others to do that for you.

You touched on a really important point that I like. I agree. I noticed in our society that self-love and self-acceptance are very much a common mantra. This is a good thing, but too much of anything is never a good thing, and the whole love yourself mantra has also gotten twisted in some scenarios. I see people using self-love as an excuse to treat others badly to justify their drug addictions and fish for compliments from everybody. The current mantra is too focused on self-acceptance instead of self-improvement. Now people accept their faults and what they don't like about themselves under the mantra of self-love and don't try to improve themselves. Then they take it out on everyone for not accepting their faults that they themselves don't like but are just forcing themselves to love!
You are a profit, you talk about you and what you experience to enhance your spiritual growth, it works for you, you have full right to share your journey, many who see and listen will use and grow from the help they received, thank you for the love you share, you are loved by many.

This year I learned setting boundaries in everything is how much important. So,now on I don't let anyone cross this boundary if they do I just simply cut off may be it is rude but for me now my mental peace is most important 🕊️🙂
