Do chilaquiles next! When you find a restaurant that does them well, cherish those places. El Taco Riendo and Andale are my two favorites in the twin cities (you know, if you ever find yourself in the neighborhood). Congrats on the book! Glad to see there is a paperback version too!
@@dontpanicpantry Noah I truly enjoyed your Novel. Loved the description of food and cooking details. I could relate and was moved by the inner mind struggles, self loathing and the peace of mind the comes from cooking. I especially was moved by the break-up and shed a tear at the last paragraph. Because I've also learned from therapy that you can't force the mind to be at rest or numb it with weed and alcohol, but it does get easier when you take responsibility for self care.
You really have one of the best cooking channels on YT.
Also I’m buying your book simply because it is called “An Unremarkable Colon”
That is so kind!! Thank you!
Love that you self-published your book! Never gave up on your work. Will definitely be checking that out. Excellent recipe, as well!
Thank you! Yeah, don't let it die dusty in a drawer.
Eggs in sauce is such an underrated meal option.
so good
I love how you had masa and just like that you had tortillas 🤯😄
it really gets you going in a hurry!

Thank you! Chilaquiles are awesome. Also go back and check out the huevos divorciados video. That's my all-time favorite mexican breakfast.
Nice and easy recipe.
Thank you!
What, 5 euro for the paperback 😱. That's so cool Noah. I bought it immediately. Can wait to read it during my summer holiday.
That’s so kind thank you!!
