In my parts of the world, chef's salad doesn't usually have bacon, chicken or blue cheese. Instead something like turkey/ham/salami and cheddar/emmental
I love when people take credit for "creating" a salad, like throwing a random collection of whatever is in the fridge into a bowl and being shocked by how good it came out isn't a universal experience. Salads aren't "created" they're marketed aka written down and bragged about.
I love Cobb salad salad. I hadn’t even thought about it, but it will be great for my keto diet. Yours looks delicious.👍😋
Ooh yeah fun.
Used this video as inspiration for dinner tonight. Had some leftover smoked chicken that needed to be eaten.
The dressing was top notch!
Yum!
Holy fuck it's Noah from Tasted. Awesome to find your channel bro! Subbed
Just stumbled upon this channel too. "Hot cans" still lives rentfree in my head.

What's the difference between a Cobb salad and a Chef's salad?

Yeah i picture chef salad as like, croutons and grated carrots? But I don't know why.

But hey this one did make it into the lexicon so there's something to be proud of there.
@@dontpanicpantry It has great marketing.
That bacon looks so advanced - I'm in NY why don't I see bacon like that?
Farmers market fun times!
The method of first dressing the salad makes all the difference. It you assemble the bowl and dump the dressing on top ruins it totally.
