    For any Etsy sellers having issues with domestic and global pricing not working - Etsy have told me to try this in the hope it might fix the problem.
    Do this edit in your mobile browser or desktop (not the app, as it's apparently getting updated and this won't work):
    • Disable domestic & global pricing on the listing
    • Publish the listing
    • Edit the listing again to add domestic & global pricing
    • Publish the listing
    No, I don't know if this will work, but I'm going to try it.

    I'm in the US so this isn't an issue for me, but I have noticed that although I always set my items for manual renewal because most of them are one-offs, occasionally there will be 7 or 8 listings that have magically changed to automatic renewal. It's not as big of a deal as Etsy undercharging but still irritating. They really need to do a better job of testing their updates before making them go live.

    Good grief, I feel like at this point Etsy should have a department solely for customer service relating to glitches. At least they're reimbursing people. Not enough people cry foul, and I'm sure they rely on that to save some money on their stuff-up. It's like when this blow-up with Adobe happened. I spent half an hour on chat with customer support before they conceded they needed to cancel my account and WAIVE THE EARLY CANCELLATION FEE. So many people just ate that cost. No, folks. If a company has goofed or engaged in any sort of dark pattern practice that costs you money, GET THAT MONEY BACK. Hopefully this is stronger incentive for them to sort things out, and quickly.

    Jess, I’m so glad you did this video. This has happened to me a few times and I thought it was my fault.😆 I went back into my listings and both amounts were the same and I thought I had done something. But it’s not just me. I’m going back to check my old orders, I never even thought to ask for a reimbursement. Thanks so much for sharing.

    Thank you for sharing, I will check all my overseas orders! Too many glitches on Etsy... they ran Etsy ads without my consent, the refund form was glitchy at some point too and many more issues. I am looking into launching my own website alongside Etsy.

    Im confuse. Do you mean the shipping cost? Etsy has only one price. We setup domestic free and international calculated. I check each order and we don't see this problem.
