Engine DJ 3.4 with bluetooth! This has been waiting for a long time! 🙂
Anyone can say anything now: "this is a gimmick", "unnecessary", "it's better with a cable"🙂"bluetooth is not a secure connection", "DJs won't use this at all" 🙂
bla, bla, blaaa. Nonsense! This is literally a revolutionary in DJ-ing. Engine DJ pushes the boundaries every time with its updates.
It's better with a cable, and no one can highjack your system 😁
v3.3 was a big release, lots of quality of life improvements. Bluetooth is 'just' a nice bonus, the icing on the cake
This somewhat solves the lack of an aux input on the Mixstream Pro. I still hope future versions have an aux in but bluetooth is far better than nothing. As a mobile DJ doing mostly weddings this update is very welcome.
This video also makes me want a skin for my Mixstream Pro.
Let us pray that the general public never finds out about this feature, lest they ask to pair their phone...

Although you can't use channel fx on bluetooth streaming, you can still use the Touch fx screen effects on Bluetooth audio streaming which is a bonus
Nice update and I’ll be waiting patiently on Bluetooth output so I can play out to my Sonos Move from my SC Live 4

This will be super handy for those folks at weddings who come up and say "the bride and groom want to hear this" and if I do not have it or can't find it and its something they made and on their phone... considering there is no Rca inputs on the Mixstream Pro, this will come in handy! thanks for the update on this update lmao

Ok kewl, nothing really BIG yet... I`m thinking if Denon/Numark was a charater, it look like a gambling ,man with four aces on the hand. ... or when the kids go quiet in the kitchen... Somthing`s cooking
YES! This is so handy for the Numark Mixstream Pro since it lacks external inputs. Really well done Denon! So much value in the Numark as well, incredible standalone unit for it's price. I feel it's so underrated for the amount of features already jammed in and there's more to come it seems.

Bluetooth output is what I'm waiting on personally.
I'm not resident anywhere atm but I do popups. I have a large BT speaker that has AUX inputs as well.
I thought that might've been what I'd be seeing here, but it's nice to know it's a planned update int he future.
Anything that reduces cable management is a Godsend.
Loved this thing for my lawn mower mobile rig 😂 just a tad heavy but sick on the goooooo
Love the Fader Echo, and User profile is very smart! I want to be able to DJ with bluetooth headphones though. Even with latency that would be very convenient for Cue'ing the next track. Especially with DJ-headphones like Korg NQ-1 or similair ones.

3.3 my favorite feature is the fader echo, so much so i almost forgot how to use the paddles. I'm not a big fx dj so echo out is just about the only effect i use :) As for 3.4 not much use for it for me, i don't plan on using the bluetooth in like you said accept for incase of an emergency. Now bluetooth out, can't wait for that to happen!!!!!!!!
We need a product from Denon that has scratch grade faders then I would switch 100 percent for sure 😊

You wil need a mixer with bluetooth out. Otherwise it wil not work in my opinion.

Not on Bluetooth sadly but still nice to have the option to stream onto a channel.

Then you should know that it was a really difficult call to make. My P4 worked great, but the next guy had issues and so it went on. The older units were simply too unreliable to put this out to the public.

Mojaxx thanks for the update.. I'm new to Engine. I Just bought a Prime 4+ and the waveform color is killing me. Being a Serato user with their RBG color waveform for yrs its tough to get used to Engine. Do you know if that will be updated on Engine DJ?
I think stems would've been a better update than bluetooth
When MPC has stems so should Denon because they are under the same company

F*ck bluetooth, just use a RCA lead. The Prime 2/4 and SC5000 have older BT chips, that's why it doesn't fully work.
@@hardkore360the chip in the original prime 4 has issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Only some Denon and numark devices are compatible
This is ridiculous. It's supposed to be their flagship product that incorporated....BLUETOOTH. Now they're saying that Bluetooth is defective ? Yet the Prime GO is compatible ?? Sounds like planned obsolescence to me.
With all the development of the program, why can't we search in several languages other than English?
To bad the pitch you can’t change the pitch on Bluetooth streaming on your deck.

@@djstuc True, but due to the hardware of the Prime 4, it’s not capable of Bluetooth. It’s a nice addition to the Prime series, but one I can get by without. I can still use a wireless keyboard with it, so I’m not missing out on that

P4 is still fully supported, same for the SC5000 (from 2017!!), they just had to skip on BT because of a slightly different/older chip. Certainly no biggie. BT is no game-changer anyway.

sc live 2 doesn't have aux in, nor does some of the mixstreams I believe

I don't think that could happen as someone in the crowd may not know anything about DJing. If they know, I don't think that they'll be following Engine DJ updates unless they own a Numark or Denon device 😅
