To the highschooler with sleep paralysis, you could try saying a prayer to Jesus before bed. Something like "Jesus, when I go to sleep, protect me from all evil spirits".
God once showed St. Anthony that the sign of the cross causes demons to literally burst into flames and flee. Evil spirits are terrified of Christ

➡️ I have a story similar to the first one about civil war soldiers, but mine is about a ghostly band of revolutionary war soldiers. It happened in the early 60s. It's something my mom's friends saw in the wee hours one night when their car broke down on a foggy backroad deep in the CT woodlands.
I grew up in a 250 yr old CT farmhouse that was haunted, so I've had many encounters with the paranormal. It always amazes me that most ppl seem untouched by these kind of things.

Hey Steve, I love the new channel! My favorites of yours are these documentations of peoples personal experiences.
However, some of the stories from your past channels come up in conversations of mine, like the glimmerman & the little girl playing in the dirt pile & the little men in the woods who were the size of a Coke can, the upright werewolf/dogman the young hunter saw, the hikers with the missing time, etc.
I still desire to share these stories with new people but i can no longer find them.
Im sure you have them recorded right?

HEY tell that *sleep paralysis* person, to put a *cruzifix underneath his pillow or bed* . it REALLY helped me, when I was visited by black enteties for months on end.
I am no religious person, in fact I hate every religion on this planet, but it helped.

I've had some really wild encounters in life and idk how else to explain it other then spirits n ghosts n demons and that at the time I'd seen these things I was intact on the verge of death and the v Veil between life and death was infact thin enough I was seeing through it and what was weird I kept seeing all these spirit people walking around all over the place looked normal as anyone clothes n all but the one thing wasn't their faces it was a blurry spot and u can talk to them and tbey do respond to u infact but someone not in the state ur can't see or hear them or another time it all started with 2 dogs and a bird then it was crazy in a circle of light and dark where the moon shined there was these creatures that kept jumping outta the tall grass they try n get u to come to them to join them on the side of darkness and do unspeakable acts makes me wonder if infact hell is earth and our lives we have to do tbe right thing every day that way in the end instead of being left to walk the earth a ghost and tortured cause we can't get back in a body to try n get it right so we move on to heaven where we are truly beings of light and energy in heaven to live out eternity never to feel pain or sadness or weakness or sorrow I guess ill find out one day when it's infact my turn to die who knows and what if tbe light at the end of the tunnel and tbe voices people hear I'm their throws of death are infact parents n friends and that's when we get our soul blasted into a soul destined to.redo the game called life
