To me, none of these are high quality. Most of these are anti-softlocks, not even trolls. The actual trolls are really bad. Even the anti-softlock are simple and easy to make without any thoughts needed.
This is a guide on how to get people to boo, not only the course you make, but all the other courses out of spite. People hate "lol troll" deaths. Troll levels aren't about killing the player, they're about doing unexpected and cool things with the mechanics.
Now i think the fake dev exit is ok because if they find it and keep going with it they are trying to beat level unfairly and trying to use a dev exit which means they want to use to cheat
The Clear Pipe one could be even better. You have it end with a dead end, sending Mario back, but after he enters the first time, a Thwomp triggers a bullet bill launcher to drop and block the entrance, trapping Mario in the pipe until the timer runs out or they quit the level

I love your videos, but please, for the sake of the troll level community, do not perpetuate the idea that unmarked kaizo blocks are good. They are not. They are bad level design. This also applies to pick-a-door or pick-a-pipe. Just guessing is not good level design, and makes the reputation of a troll level even worse.

Some of these death rooms are also known as anti-softlocks. They are used for fun when a player does something wrong but I do agree these anti-softlocks are very uninspired.
