Being in the UK and having such limited choice for curly hair products, I actually love Boucleme products! I've never used the hair mask, and the shampoo and conditioner are not my absolute faves BUT their styling creme and gel are my go to! And they do miniature versions which are great for travelling or if you want to try out the products before investing in the full size bottles.
Hi, I use all the Boucleme products on a regular basis... the blue hair cleanser is quite stripping, the green curl cleanser is much gentler. The conditioner and the deep conditioner have tons of slip but you need to add water after applying them to sort of 'activate' them! Hair should be soaking at all times to get the best results with this brand...

Hey Bianca, just letting you know that Jamaica is stepping up in their curly hair products section. At first it used to be that the sulfate, silicone and paraben products were mainly in the hair care aisle but now majority of the aisle is filled with more natural products and get this, we even have a few jamaican brands making their own natural hair products!!! How amazing is that?? Just letting you know. Sending love from Jamaica!

Ari Clarke Hey, I live in Kingston so I usually go to Discount Hair supplies or Fontana. Be careful because Fontana may be a quite expensive. Hope this helped you!

I live in England and the Boucleme gel was the first gel I tried and I absolutely Love It! I've tried bounce curl, curls, deva curl gels and I always go back to this one! I agree the conditioner gives no slip and the smell isn't nice either though unfortunately!

I love Bouclème! With the conditioner, you need to add water as you detangle, I use it on type 4 Afro kinky curly hair and it works amazingly providing you add water! Otherwise you won’t see it’s true results!
Gel is holy grail for me! The scent is essential oil based and i love them for that! The deep conditioner is jasmine oil and the gel is lemon

I mean....PAKS is really great for getting the products Bianca suggests. I've gotten the Shea moisture line, Bluberry Bliss, Deva curls products as well as Eco styler and Aunt Jackie's shampoo and other things that have worked really well for my type 3 b/c hair

I bought these when I was on vacation in England, and I feel like for a wavy, that gel was light hold at best. The curl cream is super thick too. I'm glad I tried them to satisfy my curiosity but I won't be repurchasing.
I love boucleme! Specifically their curl cleanser shampoo as a co wash, their curl cream and gel. I think the scent your smelling is bergamot

Please do more reviews on products sold in Europe and easily accessible online! Even if this maybe wasn’t a big hit it would be so nice to see if you can find something that actually works well!
Thanks for doing this Bianca! I live in the UK and when starting out with the CGM I went to a store to buy Boucleme - I took a whiff of the products (before buying them!) and nearly gagged! I have a very sensitive nose and just couldn’t even try them. Glad to hear I’m not the only one who finds their smell very odd.

A lot of natural products have silicone derived ingredients, so that they have a lot of slip, even though they are "silicone free".This line is one of the best lines in terms of ingredients, that's why they are more pricey and they are not that mainstream than other brands. For my looser hair texture that s easier to detangle, they could be awesome.

Hey Bianca, I tried Boucleme I love it BUT omg the smell. I found the Conditioner was also a bit meh, but the curl creme had waaaay more slip for me. Actually it glided through, I didn't have the mask, but the results omg my hair is curlier. The scent is migraine triggering for me but I love how my hair looks and feels
I use these product quite a bit, and for some reason I love the scent. Maybe I have issues but hey!

Hi Bianca, could you do a review of Trepadora- it's a small British business making vegan, SLS, silicone free products, they have a clay cleanser, balms, shampoos, conditioners and stylers, I think they would defo get your stamp of approval if you tried them xx

Great video. I have not found these products in any stores in the UK and when I bought them they were only available from 3 online shops. Very pricey products even in the UK. I was very disappointed in the conditioner and the shampoo was disappointing as well. The curl cream is ok but I have to use it in conjunction with a gel. I really like the gel and wil be buying it again. The cast crunches out really easily and your hair does not feel like it has any product in it but it gives good hold. With you on the smell is it's a very herbal lemon smell. It reminds me of natural skincare products like Liz Earle or Dr Hauschka.
Linda McKie boots sell Shea moisture which is a very natural brand.

Try the Boots own curl cream sometime; it is a well-known product in the curl community. ;)

I love the scents they are all mixes of essential oils rather than chemical perfumes. Might not be for everyone but they aren’t unpleasant.

I had to double check Google because I haven't had French since college, but I think Boucleme is a play on the word "boucle" which is the word for buckle or curl.. 😀

I live in the UK and I recently bought the gel and creme. I've found that the creme makes my hair feel really greasy and I don't know if i'm doing something wrong with the gel, but my results were not as good as Bianca's!
Hey Bianca! I have tried Boucleme - Didn't like the smell at first of the zero foam cleanser; at the time, I had just come off of a cleanser that smelled like roses, which I really loved and really missed! :( But, it did work and so I tried it again - the hydrating cleanser worked well, made my hair feel very clean, but not ridculously stripped, which I appreciate. :) I'm surprised that you found each product had its own scent - personally, I think all the products smell the same: like 7-Up/Sprite or lemon sorbate. :) Anyway, that's my experience, hope it helps! ^_^ x

Hi Bianca! So I have been researching ways to straighten your hair using NO HEAT. I have not put heat in my hair for almost 2 years and i love my curls so much. But, sometimes I want to change it up. There were a couple methods I found like almost stretching your hair till its straight it looks better for your hair but since there is zero heat! But i want to know if it will ruin my curls. If they are going to ruin them I don't want to do it because i love my hair so much. However, if it won't damage curly hair I was wondering if maybe you would do it to see if it works or not and give a presentation of how to do it as well. You woud wrap your hair really tight and wrap it around your head and bobby pin it to your hear and its supposed to make it straight. My hair is blonde type C hair and has tiny little curls. Before i do anything i wanted to ask the curly hair master (AKA you) first to make sure it was safe! Also, thank you for helping me love my hair!

Im in the uk and love the boucleme gel! It is expensive though and I tend to need quite a bit so I am still trying to find alternatives. I prefer to order devacurl gel (biggest tub) and get it delivered as more cost effective. Oh and personally I love the smell of the boucleme gel 😆

I try to get shampoos with no bubbles but I use the boucleme cleanser and it just feels like nothing, I can’t get used to no bubbles 😅 I was looking forward to there products but the only one I liked was the 2 gels, especially the hard gel cast one, love your channel 🥰

Guys, the Boucleme products absolutely stink of window cleaner. I couldn't endure it! I had to wash my hair out. Why do curly hair companies insist on lemongrass scents and lemony detergent scents?!?!?!

Will you do a lus (love your self) hair products review? It’s Bianca approved and supposedly gives amazing results. The website is lusbrands.ca and it has a shampoo and conditioner for everyone, and then 3 different styling creams, 1 for each curl type. They are around $18 a piece, so I want to know if they are worth it. Also, I found out about this brand on Pinterest, so if you want to see the supposed results maybe try checking it out there. Why not just try them. Bianca could review them, but every head of hair is different and you might totally have a different "reaction" to the products.

I got a couple of travel-size Boucleme products in a subscription box last year and I just couldn't get past the smell. The curl conditioner smells like strong disinfectant mixed with insecticide and actually made my eyes water. And the smell lingered. And it wasn't a particularly good conditioner for my hair. I'm not normally sensitive to smells and will use products that work well even if I don't care for the smell, as long as the smell doesn't linger. But the Boucleme products smelled so bad that I wouldn't use them even if the smell didn't linger and even if my hair liked them.
