My mind says I am sinner I need to help so many people I can’t concentrate and then when something bad happens I get scared that I didn’t help anyone that’s why it is happening with me
Only one conclusion we can reach is that the best situation would be to not use this mind to decide right or wrong, let it be controlled by God and just follow the instructions.
Human thoughts are different from animal thoughts so it doesn't make sense to me that a human could be reborn as an animal. Human vasanas = Human rebirth
