    Yes ,while meditating the mind starts to think other thoughts ..Initially ,I thought that I might be doing something wrong ..But today I learnt that it is its nature and we need to be friendly with it ,bring it back to focus holding its hand than becoming frustrated or angry... its just like our child ..
    I also learnt that meditation is the key to become more compassionate,loving and patient with our minds and with our selves.. 🙏🙏

I also wondered why Lord Buddhas was born in India yet Buddhism has vanished as a religion from his very own birth place! Only now I truly understand.     Thank you reverend for addressing the common problems in a simple approach and describing them with kind words and tone. Your approach makes it easier for anyone to grasp the teachings without inflicting fear or stress. Buddhism is a complex philosophy and while it speaks of the ultimate truth, sometimes it is very hard for materialistic human mind to grasp and accept some concepts without stressing and feeling anxious. However, you make it very much easier for people to face and adress their psychological instabilities and to make the life they are living better. May you discover the eternal bliss for this good deed.

    I needed this video so much. I love that you reassure us to keep reminding ourselves to be kind to our mind. To be patient with it. This has been such a struggle for me in my mental health journey because I start doing this and I feel intense instant gratification and when I "lose" that instant gratification, I give up. But you're so right, I need to be patient, consistent, and kind to my mind.

    That's really happened with me while meditation I got angry on my self more and more because I get distracted with another things I have stop meditation cause of this anger but now I understand that I have to deal with my mind as a love and kindly... Thank you so much for this video....

    • Mind is fastest thing you will probably deal with. Thoughts take milliseconds to travel from synapse to another.
    • Monkey Mind: Monkey is unevolved form of human. They lack concentration and focusing ability. To have a evolved mind. You need avoid looking everywhere like a monkey does and focus on yourself.
    • One way to deal with such a mind is to be very friendly with it. If you get distracted tell yourself it's okay you thought about some voice or something but you need to get back on meditation.
    • Don't force yourself or get angry on yourself. Be kind to your mind.
    • It's a hard practice. But you can keep trying to keep your mind in one place for one time.
    • Meditation is not an instant process. It's take continuity, patience, and hardwork to do meditation. But it will be a fulfilling experience.
    • You love yourself more than anyone else in the world. That's why you are doing meditation.

    Very well said and also some excellent points he has shared with us . Yeah our nature of mind is like money mind . We can't never control this mind . Which he has saiiin This video just now , you have to be friendly with your mind , have to be kind with this mind reason if you force or bound to doing your work then it won't never go towards your way . being friendly with your mind will give you one more chance to bring in back which you want to do at that time. Our mind is most fastest route in this universe. Thousands of thoughts are come in mind at daily basis. Where ever you seem , You have to do it on that time mokey mind would come and taking you to own way . The best dealing process against it is just be normal with your mind, keep compose don't be overforced don't give any blame on your mind. Atlast it is your mind , always remember it every successful achivement takes sufficient time , that's why you do meditation to find your right way.
