just wanted to say on this video that you do the best mekanism guides, ive been learning the mod for the first time a few weeks ago and everytime i have a question i always look for one of your vids, the only thing i dont think you covered or at least i couldnt find was on the fission reactor
@KingBones999 I'm playing all the mods 8 and there's also no anchor mod there but I just made a block that does the same thing. Look up the word anchor
@@Mister_Matthew ya I did there’s nothing with anchor there but the Digital miner said it supports it, I even put the recipe together and I can’t craft it, weird guess I’ll just have to force load the chunk
For those coming to this video, a good filter to use in general is "forge:ores" (drop the "), and it will not only include all the ores from Vanilla Minecraft, but also the most common mods, so tin for example. Another great thing is F3+H in JEI. There you can see every tag the block has. By selecting the Filter Option > Tag, you can type any of those and then you can get all forge ores and the other less common mods.
@@Jonas-uo7jm Which loader are you using? If you're using anything but Forge (don't know about NeoForge), it won't work. And to answer your coal question, you need to use the Minecraft tag of the block, which would be coal_ore (deepslate_coal_ore). You see the block tag by either pressing F3+H and hovering over the block in the JEI menu, or simply look it up on the Minecraft Wiki
My digital miner finds 7 thousand minerals, I click start, it stays on for a few seconds (without mining) and then the minerals found return to zero, and it ends up not mining anything.
I find and get exactly what I am looking for, perhaps your version is bugged? The only issue I have is the replacing blocks function. It has never worked.
For some reason with even 16 wind turbines i cannot keep the digital miner powered, im on 1.21 not sure why but in earlier updates i used to be able to mine with just 6-8 wind turbines
Wind turbines are absolute trash. Set up an auto Ethylene Generator. i have 2 producing 10 times (probably more) as much power as 10+ Wind and 10+ solar panels

forge:ores isnt working, is it outdated or did i do something wrong? also the tags dont work for example „minecraft:coal“ isnt working

like after 5-10 minutes of it running it just completely EATS through power, and just runs out
